I made my way own the stairs to the dining room, feeling nervous. I had decided black mermaid style dress with lace detailing along the sheer sleeves and upper chest area, the same black heels from the night before, and had put my hair up in a bun. I wondered about what my life here would be like now that i'm stuck here. I hadn't fully accepted it, but I had taken them seriously when they said they'd kill me if I tried to run so I wasn't going to take that chance. I tried not to get too lost in my thoughts and pulled myself back to what I was doing. I heard the clicking of my heels against the floor ring through the hall as I rounded the corner to where the dining room was. to my surprise, all the boys were already there and looked up at me as I approached. they all stood up to greet me and wonho lead me to a seat at the head of the table, across from shownu and in between kihyun and wonho. they had not failed to impress, all 7 were wearing suits that fit them in all the right places. accents of red added to an already impressive and luxurious black suit and each one of them had a suit that was slightly different than the rest. I noticed wonho had a black suit with a black silk shirt underneath as well as a blood red tie. the red tie complemented his pale and perfect skin so perfectly I felt myself blush slightly.

"wow..(YN). you look great.." shownu said, admiring me.

"ugh she looks more delicious than dinner" minhyuk nudged kihyun and they both giggled quietly.

"(YN).." wonho started. "you look beautiful." he said with a smile. I really did like him...despite all of this, he's a good person and I still had feelings for him that I couldn't deny. I don't know if i'll act on them or tell him. I am going to be spending the rest of my life here anyway...

chan brought out dinner for everyone and I hadn't realized how horrid their food must be. it looked like a multitude of dead animals some of which were cooked but only slightly. they were all fresh kills with plenty of blood left in them. wonho must have noticed the disgusted look on my face because he chuckled and patted my thigh.

"oh I forgot, you don't know what we eat. well because we're all some of the more 'tame' demons, we don't hunt humans. we eat animals but that can never guarantee we're satisfied with a meal. we made food for you too~" wonho said sweetly as chan brought over some of the most lavish food I'd ever seen. perfectly cooked steak with grilled vegetables on one plate, and perfectly filled and cooked ravioli on another plate, trays of fruits from all seasons, the list goes on.

"wow, this all looks amazing, thank you for all of this." I looked around at them. hyungwon piped in.

"we didn't know what you ate, so we just made everything!" he said cheerfully. he was so cute.

all of us started to eat and I kept my head low, as nice as they were, I couldn't bear to watch them eat the way they did. the meal was pretty short-lived. they all ate so fast so I only finished one dish, it was so filling though, I had no complaints. I looked over at wonho, who was dabbing his mouth with his napkin that was now spotted with blood. he noticed me smiling at him so he smiled back with a small wink. gosh it made my heart flutter, he was so cute even if he was a vampire. wonho cleared his throat to speak.

"thanks for the food it was delicious. now, who wants to go for an evening walk in the garden?"

they all stood up so I followed their lead. most claimed to be too tired and wanting to go sleep, but honestly I wanted some time with wonho, so I agreed to go.

"actually that sounds nice, i'll go with you. anyone else coming?" they all shook their heads and began to head to the stairs. I noticed kihyun glance back at me with this devilish glint in his eye that worried me slightly. I ignored it for now and went with wonho to the back door. we stepped outside and I breathed in the fresh smell of the hundreds of roses that were growing in the garden.
