So, these little things are almost always nicknamed, because they're all Dave. It's what they've always responded to when found in the wild, so they're all apparently named it. Or, you can call them Dusty Dave because they're made of magical dust.

Their entire being is made up of said dust, which allows them to float with ease and absorb any nearby normal dust for food. They can also sometimes disassemble themselves and come back together, although it's hard to do.

Certain Daves have special traits, such as long horns, whiskers, noses, mouths, ears, etc. Their colors have a large range, all except for pitch black, since all of the colors are more faded and see through. I guess that's the most I can say about these.. aside from their origin!!!

How I thought of them: I was doodling after a school test and made one.

Their species origin: Years ago, a scientist and a wizard had combined to try and create a cure for certain allergies. As they worked, they had many conversations, one of which had led into an argument over whether to use magic or science for their next step. In the argument, the scientist knocked over some of a strange substance onto a Dusty bookshelf. The result was the first Dusty Dave. The two named it because of its strange liking of the name of Dave. After years of feeding off of surrounding dust, one became two, two became four, etc. Today, Daves are now kept as great pets that help keep shelves clean. They reproduce by cloning themselves or by breeding with two. They breed by combining and splitting into four, mixing their colors.

Save me now. I'm being artistic. But not the good artist kind. More like the small child scribbling kind. Oh well XD

I've made a species. and they're up for adoption.Where stories live. Discover now
