DREAM (Baekhyun One Shot)

You woke up due to the gentle touches at your forehead. You sat up and stared in shock right infront of you. Pain rushing all in.

"Hey," he half smiled. The room was dark with a little moonlight passing through your window.

"Pleasee.. St-top-p.. Just.. Go.." you stattered. He sat beside you and hugged you. You snuggle unto him, burrying your head on the crook of his neck while smelling his sent.

"I miss you," he whispered. Tears started streaming down your face. It was all too painful. You cried at his shoulder, soaking his shirt.

He broke the hug, cupped your cheeks and started kissing your tears away. "Didn't my jagiya miss me?" he teased.

You yank from his grip and wiped your tears harshly. Your mouth into a thin line and brusquely said, "Leave me already Baek."

Baekhyun was taken aback.

"It's all too painful," your lips quiver at the end of the sentence. You were just stopping your tears to fall.

"Why? Don't you love me anymore?" he asked, hurt obvious on his tone.

"I love you so much Byun Baekhyun. There is no other guy that would replace your being. You are a piece of my entirety that once you're lost, I am too. I had love you with my everything. But why? Why?" you asked him while shaking his shoulders.

He just slumped and said, "I didn't want what happened, Y/N."

"Don't you that I was a wreck after what happened?"

"I know. I saw what was happening," he said, almost inaudible.

"Then why," you broke down, "why didn't you came back?! You know.. You exactly know that you. You! You are the one who can save me from this one hell of a life!! Why?!" you shouted. He just stared at your bedroom floor.

"You answer me Byun Baekhyun!!"

He stood up while circling his hands, he's mad now. "I can't! You know I can't!!"

"Don't you love me anymore?" you whisper-cry.

He crouched down and tucked some strands of your hair behind your ear. "No.. I love you so much, Y/N. Don't you ever think that I don't love you anymore. Remember what I promise?"

You nod while feeling his hands on your cheeks.

"Remember? I said before that I will always love you even if it means from the other dimension? Ssh, don't cry now. My love for you will never falter," he kissed your forehead.

He stared into your eyes and then it hit you. You pushed him, kicked him until he fell from the bed.

"Noooo!!!!" you shouted, "noo! This can't be!! This feels so real!"

You pushed him again, "You! You are not real!"

Baekhyun gasped, he was shocked with your action yet he had composed his self and scurried at you. He hugged you and said, "Ssssh! Pleasee... Talk to me.. I just had missed you so much.."

You shook your head and straddled for his hug.

"Please, Y/N, dreams are the only place where our love could continue."

"Then? I will wake up everyday realizing that what we had, all the happy memories are all dreams? I'm full of it Byun Baekhyun!" you yelled. "Everything hurts! Even loving someone dead hurts!"

You jolted from sleep and sat from your bed. Beads of sweat travelling on your forehead while tears threatening to fall. Everything was just a dream but it felt so real. You panted.

Suddenly, the wind blows a little strong that it made you look at its way. Then you notice your calendar-slash-digital clock.

It reads. MAY 6 3:56AM.

You squeezed your eyes and tears started streaming down your face. It was the same date, the same time when..

Byun Baekhyun died from a car accident.

You opened your eyes and cried the pain down. Its been a year but still the pain was like as fresh as yesterday. You punched yourself repeatedly.

"Why? Why it was not me who died? Why not us? We were on the same car! Why!!!!!!!!!!" you yelled from your roo causing your mom to rush in your room and comforted you.

"Sssh! Baekhyun don't like it when you cry that much. And he doesn't like you hurting yourself," your mom said while rubbing your back.

"Eommaaaa..." you sobbed, "it stull hurts so much.. Why? I miss him so damn much.." you cried harder.
