C.18: Trust me

Jiwoo's POV

I woke up in another place that was empty. It was a void. The only thing that filled it up was the background of the galaxy and the stars.

I looked around and looked at my hands.

Why did I fade away?

I looked around and I realized that I was floating in mid air....

"Hello Jiwoo...."

The voice was familiar..... His voice was very soothing and deep almost as like

"Jonwoo?"

The voice chuckled "Hi..."

"J-jonwoo.. please help me.... I still want to see Yoongi...."

"Are you seriously talking about him when you're in a presence of another man?"

I shut my mouth.

He then came in sight. His hair was dyed red.

"Instead of going back to him, why don't you come with me? You'll become my queen and we can rule our kingdom of mythical creatures together."

I raised my brow.

"What? What kingdom?"

He chuckled

"Oh my. It looks like they haven't told you yet" he came closer and twirled around me.

"I am the new Demon king... If you marry me, we could rule the whole mythical race. Since you're the goddess of every single thing and I'm the Demon king, we have a lot of power combined together" he then held my hands and looked into my eyes softly and lovingly

"And you could come alive again"

I shook my head and pulled down my hands. "S-sorry Jonwoo. I wouldn't marry someone I don't love."

My heart only belonged to Yoongi and I know it. It was written on our hearts, our souls.

Jonwoo's eyebrows furrowed "Why do you always think of Yoongi? He can't do anything. He sacrificed you for his immortality.  I can make you come back into reality. Alive. But you need to marry me"

"Yoongi never loved you how I loved you. Would I sacrifice you for my immortality? No. I'm not like that. Nor am I self-centered or selfish."

"I love you for who you are. Yoongi only loved you because of your powers. He loved you because you were the reincarnation of the goddess that was well-known and was loved by everyone."

No, don't listen Jiwoo. He's trying to get into your head. He's trying to trick you.

I shook my head "Don't try to trick me Jonwoo."

"I never tricked you."

Suddenly, he held up his hand and bluish light emitted from his hand. Out came a diamond ring.

"Please Jiwoo. I love you so much. Just marry me. I promise to give you everything." He held my hands again but this time, tighter.

If I do this, I'd get my life back and I'd see Yoongi again. But if I also agree on this, I'd be committed to another man. To another man that who I only consider as a friend. Yoongi would also feel hurt when he would find out...

But this would give me life and another chance to see Yoongi

"Fine. I trust you"

???'s POV

Tsk tsk tsk. Divine never really learned from the past.

"Aigoo. How many lives have we given this girl? It's been a good few thousand decades and she still hasn't learned from her mistakes." Dymina huffed.

I rolled my eyes.

"I'll call your other friends. We need to talk about Divine"

"Servant Pryon!" I shouted out.

There he came fast. He was panting and he held his chest.

"Y-yes master?"

"Get the other members of the Order. I need to have a little meeting with them right now".

The little chubby man with the black butler outfit nods then bowed. "Yes master". He then scurried off away.

Soon after that, 3 immortals came in. The one flying in with water surrounding her in a spiral, the other one walking in with fire surrounding her ground that she walked on, and the other one floating in on a cloud-like platform.

"What is it now your highness?" Cloud, the one that floated on a cloud-like platform, asked me while tilting her head.

"This matter is about Divine..." I said

Fira, the one who had the power to fire, sighed. "She made the mistake she did last time right?"

"Yes." Dymina plopped

"How many chances have we gave her already?" The deep husky voiced Habaek voiced out.

"I lost count" Fira answered

I shook my head.

"Order.." I spoke with full auhtority in my voice.

Their attention turned to me .

"Now, we must decide if we should let her have another chance since she has gone the same root---"

"Not really your Highness. She did look like she had a plan before answering Taeyang." Dymina said

"So that means she'll choose another root?" Fira said not able to believe

"Most likely,yes." Dymina said.

"So what do you want to happen now?" I asked.

Dymina looked back at the floating screen that once showed Divine.

"Let's see what she'll do. Trust me. I think she's gone another way." Dymina said.

"Trust me on this. I have a great feeling she'll change after these years."
Dymina smiled and looked at the others.

Hey milks! Long time no update and I am so sorry. Please forgive me for my 1 month-ish of absence. I lost the internet and had the terrible and common disease that every writer hates getting.....writer's block.....

But now, I've kinda gotten inspiration a bit so I think I'm good to go. I promise that next chapter would be better. I'm sorry for the long wait and I'm sorry for the grammatical errors in this book.

I hope ya'll don't get bored of this book *gulps nervously*
