Chapter 5

Devin's POV

It was 6:00 and Cam was picking me up at 7:00. Nash said not to wear anything fancy. So I'm still deciding what I should wear. I already have my make up done. Its just a simple wing with some lip gloss. I curled the ends of my hair. I walked back over to my bag. I have nothing  fudging to wear. Wait Ali or Abby will have something. I walked down the hall to Ali's room. We all are just about the same sizes. I walked into Ali's room. The room was big but not too big. The walls were gray but the paint had like sparkles in it. Above her bed that was against the wall had Keep on dreaming even if it breaks your heart. The words were all made out of old newspaper. Her bed had purple and black sheets, blankets and pillows. There was a walk in closet and a little desk. Her room was awesome. I walked over to the closet and opened the doors. She has a ton of clothes  like seriously. I picked out a pair of red high waisted shorts. I was having a hard time looking for the right one.

I finally settled on a white tank top that was lace in the back and had sliver sparkles all on the front of the tank top. I picked out a pair of red wedges. There I looked awesome. I didn't want to have to carry my phone so once again I went into Ali's closet and picked out a vera Bradley wristlit. It was a really pretty pattern. I walked out of her room and into the living room.

"So how do I look?" I asked spinning in front of the girls who were having a heated battle of Call of Duty ghosts.

"Wow those clothes are really cute." Ali gushed pausing the game and standing up.

"Thanks they're yours." I said chuckling.

"Wow didn't even know." She said shocked. I heard a slight knock on the door. I got those stupid butterflies in my stomach. Abby went and opened the door. Cam walked in. He had skinny jeans on with a tight black tee shirt. You could see his muscles if he moved a certain way.

"Hi beautiful, you ready?" He asked sending me one of his dazzling smiles. I felt my cheeks heat up and my heart fly away he just called me beautiful.

"Of course." I said smiling back. He pulled out a white rose from his back.

"I um got this for you." He said rubbing the back of his neck. Handing out the rose. I took the rose and smiled.

"Thank you." I said blushing.

"Ok you guys should get going." Abby said winking.

"Bye Abby, bye Ali." I said closing the door. Me and Cam walked to his car. It was a black mustang and really sharp looking. He walked over to my door and opened it for me.

"Thank you." I said biting my lip,I do that when I'm nervous and bored. He just simply smiled at me. I felt my heart flutter.

"So where are we going?" I asked smiling.

"Well its a surprise."

"Please I don't like surprises." I said lying.

"Well to bad." He said putting a hand on my thigh squeezing it a little. I just blushed and looked down.

*** 10 minutes later ***

We pulled up to the beach but it was different because there was a fair kinda thing going on. I smiled really big I love fairs.

"I hope its not too cheesy but I figured you might like it." Cam said looking really nervous. Do I really make him like that? He walked over my door and opened it for me again. I could get use to this. I stepped out of the car making sure I grabbed my phone.

We walked down the boredwalk. I saw a huge nemo hanging up at one of the game booths. Cam walked over to the game. It was a dart game. You got three darts for a 1$ and if you hit all three balloons you get a prize. Cam took the three darts, he threw one and hit a balloon. He threw another one and hit it. He threw the last one and hit the balloon.

"Omg Cam you did it." I said cheering and hugging him. I didn't realize I did that until he hugged me back spinning me around in his arms.

"Can I have the nemo?" Cam asked his voice is perfect and sexy.

"Here you go." He said handing me Nemo.

"Thank you so much." I said laughing.

We walked around for about an hour. Just talking and getting to know each other. He told me about school, becoming famous, about his family and everything. I feel so much closer to him. We stopped at a fairswheel.

"Wanna ride it?" He asked smiling.

"Of course." I said bitting my lip.

We got in the cart me first. I held onto nemo afraid he would go some where.

"So are you scared of heights?" Cam asked worried.

"Alittle but I really love this ride." I said smiling.

"Its ok Devin you're with me I wont let anything happen to you." He said putting an arm around me. I stiffened at his touch but got use to it. We started to go up and I could see the whole beach. It was truly amazing.

"Wow thats so pretty." I said pointing to a few stars.

"But not as pretty as you are." Cam said. I looked over at him he was slightly blushing but it was really cute. I heard the cart stop and I whimpered a little.

"C-Cam." I whispered really scared now.

"Its ok Devin I'm here." He said reaching for my hand. He intertwined our hands and I buried my head in hus chest.

"Cam his long have we been up here?" I asked shaking a little.

"Only about 5 minutes." He said rubbing small circles in my back calming me down. The cart jolted forward and it started to rock. I screamed and hang on to Cam for dear life.

"I-Im sorry." I said pulling away and blushing.

"No I like it that way." He said giving me one of his sexist smiles I have ever seen.

The cart finally stopped at the bottom and we excited the ride.

"You ready to go?" Cam asked

"Yeah."  We walked back to the car and he opened my door. I climbed in and we pulled out of the parking lot thing. He turned on the radio and Hollywood Dead came on.

"I really like them." I said smiling.

"Me too they're my favriote." He said smiling back.

We pulled up to Ali's and he walked me to the door.

"I had a wonderful time thank you." I said hugging him .

"Me too we'll have to do this again soon." He said starting to lean in. His soft lips met mine. I wrapped my arms around his neck. Hia lips were so soft and the kiss was gentel and slow not rough and forceful.

We finally pulled away.

"Bye Devin." He said walking to his car

"Bye Cam." I whispered
