Hayes pov------

It's the first day of school and I'm going into high school... Great. I jump into to the shower and sing "happy" by never shout never while scrubbing my body because why the fuck not. I hear the door creak open. Why didn't I lock it. I'm so stupid sometimes.

I look up into the top corner of the shower because I have seen too many movies not to expect something to be there. Suddenly someone opens the shower curtain and I scream and slip. I see Nash laughing his little ass off at my pain. Asshole. I try to move my arm to push myself up but instead I yelp in pain. Nash suddenly stops laughing. "Are you okay?!" He asks worry flooding his voice "I think I broke my arm asshole." I mumble the last part but Nash doesn't care. He helps me up and puts a towel around my waist before he picks me up carrying me down stairs. Mom sees and a look of concern passes over her face. "Mom,I think Hayes broke his arm" Nash states an he grabs the car keys "I'm gonna take him to the hospital" he says "wait Nash!" My mom shouts "yeah?" He asks "at least let him dress himself first!" She shouts I look down and notice that I only have a towel
"Hey Nash, could you put me down?" I ask. He nods and sets me down. I run up stairs and into my room. I pick out some clothes and put them on avoiding my wounded arm as much as possible. I run back down stairs and hop into the car. We drive off and soon arrive at the hospital. Nash walkers up to the counter thing and talk to the lady, I walk into the waiting room and up to the fish tank and just stare at the fish admiring there beauty. Don't judge. I hear a female voice call my name. I follow the nurse to a room and she does all these weird test things to see is my arm is really broken. "I think it is, I'm going to call a doctor in to get you an X-ray" the nurse says. Soon a doctor walks in and I do the X-ray. I really did break my arm. I get a cast and Nash drives us to school.
We walk in the door and over to the office to check in. Before we can say anything the lady behind the desk speaks "Are you Nash and Hayes Grier?" "Yeah" Nash answers "Here are your schedules, your mom called you in. Wait until the bell rings and go into third period" she says while smiling "Thank you!" I respond for Nash and myself. We walk off and go towards our third period classes. Math. Great. I suck at math so much it's not even funny. The bell rings and every body floods out of the classroom. I suddenly fall onto the floor landing on the cast. I whimper in pain. A boy with a bandana on helps me up. " I am so sorry! I didn't see you there I swear!" He sputters out " it's fine it didn't even hurt" I smile. I lied of course but I didn't want to seem like a pussy. "Bullshit." He says looking me dead in the eye "excuse me?" I ask not really sure of what he meant. "Bullshit." He says agin I guess I had a confused look on my face because he just sighs. " Bullshit. I don't believe you. I think you hurt your arm then I hit you." He says "oh" I say he rolls his eyes and holds out his hand " Taylor." He says. "Hayes" I say as I take his hand and shake it. The bell rings right after signaling that I need to go into class. I turn around and walk into the class room and pretty much zone out the whole lesson.
Soon the bell rings and I head to fourth and pretty much do the same thing that I did in third until the bell rings. I head into the cafeteria and get my lunch. I look around for Nash and spot him waving is hand motioning for me to sit with him. I walk over to where Nash and a whole bunch of other people are sitting and sit In between Nash and his boyfriend Cameron. "Hey Hayes" Cameron says smiling "Hey" I say smiling also. " Hey every body this is Hayes!" Cameron says loud enough only for our table to hear. "We are gonna start with Mahogany and go around the table introducing ourselves to Hayes ." Cameron states and smiles. "Well as you heard from Cameron, I'm Mahogany!" A girl with curly orange hair said smiling " I'm Jack g" said a boy with beautiful brown hair. "And I'm Jack J" said a boy with equally as beautiful hair but in blond. Taylor is next. "Hey Taylor!" I say smiling "Hey Hayes!" He smiles back. Everyone is looking at us like we're crazy "I met Taylor in the hall earlier" I explain and everybody's face shows realization. "Well I'm Aaron!" I hear an angelic voice speak. I look up and my jaw almost drops. I see the most beautiful person to walk this earth. He smiles at me and I almost melt. Every body else goes down the line. Maddison,Shawn, Matt and Carter. We talk for the rest of lunch and I realize that Taylor has his arm around Aaron a lot.. It's probably nothing. The bell finally rings " Bye babe" I hear Taylor say as he kisses Aaron's cheek.
