When I was 3 this was one of the stories my Grandma usually tells. Once there was a lady by the name of 'Pongoroza' who was always hungry. She lived near a village and since she was selfish, she stole from the villager's gardens all the time, for she was to lazy to make her own garden because she was big and fat.

Every time, usually harvest time the villagers would always be surprised to find their gardens being damaged and their food stolen. Until one day they came up with an idea, a plan to catch the culprit once and for all, red- handed. The plan was simple, to set a trap, hide and wait for the culprit to strike again and then capture em'. They hid and waited for the culprit and finally she arrived. Not knowing what was about to happen, poor 'Pongoroza'  came to steal again, but unfortunately was captured by the villagers and taken back to the village.

With so much rage in them, the villagers decided that after all she had done to make them suffer, they decided to burn her over the fire. While she was burning, she was screaming in pain but there was no one to help her that she died and the villagers ate her remains.
