Meeting Up

I was about to walk into my best friend Spencer's house. Spencer's parents are lawyers so they have tons of money. Spencer had sent out an S.O.S, and to me and my friends, that was only for serious matter. I rushed into the house, walking right passed Mr. and Mrs. Jackson. I went up to Spencer's room, surprised to find that Hailey and Maggie were already there. They all had a big grinn on their faces. Of coarse I wondered what was going on. "What's going on," I asked. Then finally Maggie said, " We all have boyfriends at the same time!" Of coarse I didn't them that I had broken up with my boyfriend that exact week. I put on a fake smile. "Yeah! That's crazy!" Then Hailey said, "Yeah, I mean I have Caleb, Maggie has Malcom, Spencer has Charlie and you still have Braidan!" As soon as I heard his name I had to leave so I faked a text from my mom to get out of it. Luckily it worked. I waled straight out of that house all the way to my bedroom and I lay down and cry. I cry myself to sleep in the middle of the day. I guess I'll tell my mom I was having a nap when really, I needed a break from reality. And when I woke up my mother asked me why I was crying. "Mom, my friends think Braidan and I are still together!" She gave me a big hug and a boring pep talk that I payed no attention to because I was to distracted by my heartbreak.
