Chapter 1 - The end is just the beginning

Well, let's continue where we left of, shall we? I was having a great time with my family, my friends and my boyfriend Alex when all of a sudden, I get another vision, but this time it was about the future, a danger that was about to happen at any minute now. The vision was of the same witch that attacked my parents that night and she was trying to communicate with me through my vision, then I was back to reality while trying to catch my breath.

No, this can't not be happening. This is all I could think of, while being in my panicked state of mind.

Everyone were all staring at me, wearing worried expressions on their faces.

"Amarande, what's wrong?" Asked Jonathan.

"You know the witch that night you and mum met when you were leave that castle?"

My dad thought about it for a second before asking, "Wait, how do you know about that?"

"Well-"

"-it's one of Amarande's psychic abilities, Father. She can see the past and the future," Said Vincent.

"Wow! That's so cool!" Said Vanessa.

"That's amazing Amarande! Why didn't you tell me about this sooner?" Said Alex.

"I was unsure of what it was before I asked my mum."

My dad looks at my mum and smiles, "She's one of a kind, just like you!"

"Thanks Jonathan!" Said Mary.

"Anyways, let's get back on track. As I was saying-"

But before I could continue my sentence, there was a knock on the door.

"I will get it," Said Mary.

She stands up and starts walking towards the door.

"No! Don't do that!" I said while starting to run to the door, while blocking my mum's way.

"Why dear? What's the problem?" Asked Mary.

But before I could respond, the door opened, like a huge gust of wind opened it really fast.

There she was, the witch from my visions, standing at my front porch, with a menacing smile.

"I hope that I am on time for the sweet little party that you guys are having," Said the witch.
