Chapter 1: Stay the Night

Jeff's p.o.v

   I had just cut the last smile on my last victim for the night. I had made so many people beautiful like me tonight, but I was feeling tired so I thought I might want to go home.

   I jumped out the window and landed on the ground with a thud. As I started walking away I could already hear the police sirens. When will the cops realize that they'll never catch me?

   I had made my way through the forest pretty quickly actually, and before I knew it I was back home. I didn't go through the front door, I just climbed through my window. Its not like its that high up anyways.

   I crawled in and closed the window behind me, locking it and pulling my knife out of my pocket. I stabbed it into the desk next to me and took off my hoodie, then grabbed some PJs and changed in the bathroom.

   I put my eye mask on and laid down, just about to drift off to sleep when there was a quiet knock on my door. I ignored it until they knocked again. I took my eye mask off and groaned, getting up and slowly making my way over to the door and opening it.

   I looked down and realized Ben was at my door. He looked upset or bothered by something, by the look on his face.

"H-hey Jeff...I, uh, can't sleep. Can I try sleeping in here with you tonight?"

   I kept looking down at him for a couple of seconds before moving out of the way so he could walk in. He smiled brightly and walked in. I crawled back into bed and put my eye mask back on, but just as I was about to drift off to sleep again I felt small arms wrap around me.

   My face was a little red and I was blushing. I could feel how hot my face was. I didn't really mind though, its just Ben.

   After about five minutes Ben fell asleep still cuddling next to me, and then I fell asleep.

Ben's p.o.v

   I could actually sleep fine. I really didn't need to be in Jeff's room at all. I just wanted to. The truth is I really wanted to be near Jeff a lot lately. I have no idea why though.

   I crawled into bed next to Jeff and wrapped my arms around him, hoping he wouldn't mind, but he didn't do anything but blush. That made me blush even deeper than him.

   I didn't know if Jeff was asleep, but it wasn't too soon till I fell asleep, with my arms still wrapped around him.

~Time Skip: Morning~

Jeff's p.o.v

   I woke up in the morning and took my eye mask off, putting it on the desk next to the bed. I rubbed my eyes and tried to get out of bed, but I was stopped because Ben's arms where still wrapped around me. Wow, he was holding on pretty tight.

   I kept trying to get him off me, but I couldn't seem to do it. I hate how weak you are in the mornings. After more failed attempts to pry him off me, I decided that I was gonna have to use a different approach.

   I kept poking his face over and over again then saying his name repetitively.

"Ben, Ben, Ben, Ben, Wake up!"

   I poked his face a couple more times before he slowly fluttered his eyes open. He looked up at me and blushed deeply, which caused me to blush too.

"Oh, uh, morning Ben..."

"Oh, morning Jeff."

   He let go of me, sat up,. and rubbed his eyes then got up and slowly made his way out of my room and into his. Hehe, the way he walks when he's tired is kinda cute.

   What am I saying?! Ben's not cute! I don't like him like that. He's my friend and just my friend.

   I could hear his door slam shut when he closed it. Sheesh, that was actually pretty loud. Ben never slams his door. He must be kinda upset. Maybe I'll ask him what's wrong.
