Can you believe as me haven't win any trophy in a lifetime? Whenever my little sister wins a trophy, they focus entirely on her cuz she was known as the family proud of child.
She even won a trophy for being the cutest baby just born in the hospital, but now it's my chance to win a trophy, tomorrow my school is holding a contest for making a music video representing America life now.
In my room, my little sister Casey knocks on my door, " yeah" I answered while brainstorming ideas for making my video, " hey sis, whatcha doing?" She asked as she gently opens my door, " I'm working on a project " I replied, " what are you gonna make? A soda engined rocket, A potato clock or a music video? Isn't this suppose to be a science project? " she said going through my book.
I closed my book and asked " shouldn't you be winning some kind of new trophy? " " aww, you care but I already won the trophy, you missed the show " she said smiling, "Brag-about alert!" I said right back at her, " can I help?" She enquired, " sorry, no kids allowed! " I said pushing her out my room.
At my studio, I decided to sing a cover of Carrie Underwood song 'The Champion', after singing, I decided to brainstorm with my friends.
Then Casey came gave me and my friends some, “ how did you get this? " I asked, " I have my ways " she said smiling, " it seems pretty legit " Dave said, " fine! We'll do your idea" I said as I took the note from her.
At school, " sorry miss Agress, your video was not what we expected, next " the judges said, after watching my video, " miss Parker, we are very impressed you showed the concept of the contest, that's why you are declared the winner, " yes!" I said smiling at Casey, " your idea of adding the courage we all have, fighting for justice and showing the love and trust had for one another guaranteed your win " the judges said again.
I finally made the case, but the trophy wasn't as big as I dreamed
