chapter one- introduction

Mia's POV

i woke up to my alarm clock and cursed in my head saying how stupid school was. I heard my mum yelling my name so I got out of bed and got changed into my uniform. my uniform was basically a white polo shirt that had the school symbol on it and the words 'lifewing academy'. there was a navy blue blazer that we didn't have to where but we could if we wanted to. the skirt was a red and black plaid skirt.

I ran down stairs and grabbed my already packed bag and headed off to school and waited at the school gates for Aiden. dammit he was late again. I waited another 2 minutes till he finally showed up "what the hell took you so long?" I asked with a little irritation in my voice as i was gonna get in trouble because of him "my little sister pulled a prank on me by turning off my alarm clock, and this was the one day my mom starts at 5AM and ends at 3 PM so she couldn't of woke me up" he stated with a bored expression. we entered the school and started the boring day of school but luckily it was the last day of school before the summer holidays and I was so excited! I was finally gonna leave this hell hole for 6 weeks! yes!!! we went to class and started suffering together.

me and Aiden wondered into the forest looking for the perfect place to prank someone when we came a cross an old abandoned houses in the middle of the forest. being the curious kids we are, we entered the house to find a bunch of missing posters of the kids that have gone missing over the last two months. at first we thought whoever lived here was really into detective stuffs and trying to find where they where until we kept looking and found bags of blood with a name written on the bag. we thought it was maybe once a hospital but it was pretty obvious this was the house of a killer when we found a bunch of blood stains and for some reason claw marks...like really BIG claw marks. we decided to leave because it was getting really creepy.

after that we went back to my place and decided to have a party since it was officially the summer holidays!!! I have six friends, including Aiden. there's two boys, Aiden and Bryan. and four girls, Sarah, Millie, Hannah and Kayla. were kind of a big friend group, since there's seven of us. I always laugh when i remember how me and Millie met, I was having a food fight with Aiden for n reason at all, and I accidently threw mashed potatoes in her hair and we both couldn't stop laughing so after that we became really good friends. I only have two besties, Aiden and Hannah. basically the relation ships in our group is-

me-single as a pringle and NOT ready to mingle #single4life am I right?.

Aiden- single as a pringle and ready to mingle.

Bryan- recently started dating Hannah.

Hannah-recently started dating but has been crushing on him for ages.

Millie-has a crush on this boy called cade.

Sarah-has a boyfriend that moved away.

Kayla-no one knows because she doesn't talk about that but we all suspect that she goes out with Seth.

so we invited all our friends over and started partying, Millie and Sarah were doing karaoke, Aiden was hogging the snacks, Kayla was trying to get the food away from Aiden and me and Hannah were throwing pillows and stuffies at each other. yeah I know crazy, right, but oh well, this is my friends and yeah they're all pretty weird. we heard a ding at the door and we all stared at each other "but we already got the pizza, ooh did you get more!" Aiden asked and I shacked my head no. I opened the door to see the one and only, Rebecca. I hate Rebecca, in fact I'm pretty sure everyone dose. she's stubborn, selfish, mean and down right annoying. she has a rich family so she's always bragging about how popular and rich she is. what makes me hate her the most is that she's always flirting with Aiden and trying to get him to date her. I must admit Aiden was very well built for a 16 year old. he has faint abs lines and is slightly muscular. he has light brown messy hair. I would be lying if I said I wasn't attracted to him, but he's been my bestie since primary school. "what the hell are you doing here? leave now" i said bluntly but then she pushed me and came inside and ran to aiden who's eyes widened "why the hell is she here!?!" aiden asks, running away from her and hid behind and I pointed at the door, motioning for her to leave "out now" she huffed and walked out the door "ill be ba-"she started but i cut her off by slamming the door in her face. so we continued our party and secretly took photos of Bryan and Hannah kissing and using it to joke around with them. we finished the party and now i have to clan up there big mess...oh boy.
