Untitled Part 2

i woke up with a shooting pain, i looked down i am wearing a hospital gown, i looked around some more then i had flashbacks of last night.. him.. kicking me then a blonde haired guy helping me.. i wonder if he was the one to bring me here.. i wish i could thank him for saving me snapping me out of my thoughts i heard knocking on the door then a nurse entered the room "oh you're awake, how are you feeling?" she asked with a smile "i'm uh.. okay" i said with a little smile "is there anyone here to see me?" i asked hoping my mum is in the waiting room "oh yes, i almost forgot, i'll be right back" she said before walking out a few minutes later my mum walked in, all of a sudden i'm hit with sadness and guilt


"mum.." is all i could say before i started crying "my poor baby" my mum said as she sat on the chair near the bed and held my hand "what happened Kaitlyn?" "i knew i never liked that boy" she added as a tear fell from her eye, oh god more guilt.. "i'm sorry" i said still crying "i had to stay with him mum.. h-he said he would hurt my family if i left" i said as i tried to stop the tears "Kaitlyn.." my mum started "i can't help but think if that boy Marshall didn't see you and bring you here.." she stops and takes a deep breath "i wouldn't be talking to you right now" she says as she looked at the window taking a deep breath.. my stomach dropped as my mind goes back to that boy that helped me.. Marshall? will i ever see him again.. will i ever get to say thankyou to him for saving me..


im snapped out of my thoughts when there was knocking at the door mine and my mums looks at the door when the same nurse entered


"there's a young man here to see you" she said with a smile then he walks in.. its him.. the blonde haired guy that saved me "hey" he says with a smile as he walked to the side of the bed "hi.." i say  "i'll give you two some privacy" mum says as she stands up he looks at the Marshall and puts her hand on his arm "thankyou" she says before leaving he nodded and gave for a little smile he sits on the chair and looks at me "how are you doing?" he asked as he took my hand in his i was confused by his sudden movement but didn't move my hand away i was too tired and after all he did save me "i-im okay" was all i could say i felt really nervous and shy around him he smiles "good, i'm glad my baby is okay" he says as he rubs his  thumb on my hand my eyes widen baby? i'm not his baby.. i move my hand away from his as he smirks "i'm Kaitlyn" i say all of a sudden"i know" he laughs a little i smile at him laughing what a cutie.. "thankyou Marshall.. for saving me" i say as a tear ran down my cheek "hey" he says in a low voice "don't cry you're safe now" he says as he grabs my hand again and rubs his thumb over it "and you don't have to thank me Kaitlyn.. but if you really wanna thank me.." he smirks "let me take you on a date"
