Chapter Two- Talking
"He's quite strange, isn't he?"
Jimin jumped slightly at the sudden voice that spoke to him at his right. His shift was done, ending at 6, but insisted on waiting on his co-worker and best friend, Taehyung.
He was sat on one of the empty chairs, snacking on some dull chips to keep him busy, eyes, again, fixed on the hooded boy that was drinking a mug of coffee slowly. Jimin kept his eyes zoomed on the pair of lips that hit the mug silently, taking a sip, and let his eyes travel down to the throat as the boy swallowed.
Tearing his eyes away from the figure, Jimin faced Taehyung, asking," Who's strange?"
"Well the boy you're so obviously staring at." Taehyung grinned, shoving his hand into the bag of chips Jimin was holding with his small hands.
"Shut up, Tae." Jimin mumbled, blushing. "Shouldn't you be working?"
"Well my shift ends in a few so no, not really."
Jimin sighed, going back to staring at boy who had now figured out that his mug had run out of coffee.
"I dare you to talk to him."
"What?" Jimin asked, flabbergasted.
"Oh come on! All you do is stare, I know you want his number or something. Besides, I've seen him check you out before so it shouldn't be a problem." The younger said, wiggling his eyebrows.
Jimin shoved Tae at his answer, blushing again.
"C'mon, Minnie, I'll buy you food."
Jimin looked up at that. "And Ice cream?" He asked, looking at Taehyung excitedly.
"Yup."
Truth be told, Jimin has been finding the guts to talk to the boy for weeks now. For some reason, he was quite frankly scared of the figure. Scared of rejection, or at least, not being as nice as he had daydreamed him to be.
"Tae, you don't even know if he's gay, what makes you think he'll want to give me his number?"
"Well," Tae, started, flipping his almost mullet like hair, "I did say he was checking you out. Besides, you're Park Jimin. You can turn anyone gay!" He exclaimed.
"Fine." Jimin said, standing up from his seat. "Only because of the food." And my gay, curious mind.
He discarded the chips and hesitantly walked towards the booth. The figure glanced up at the blonde approaching him, suddenly tense and sitting up straight.
Jimin couldn't help but notice that the boy had forgotten his gloves that day as he sat down in front of him.

"Hi."
His voice was soft, melodically soothing and it made Jungkook want to melt. He easily eased up from his tense form, but kept his head down.
"Um...I'm Jimin. Park Jimin." He spoke, voice still soft.
Jimin. His name sounded so good and Jungkook hadn't even said it out loud.
"Jimin."
~
Jimin shivered at his name falling from the boys lips, unconsciously biting his lip. He nodded dumbly, wide eyed and staring.
The boy suddenly looked up and Jimin was stuck. Stuck looking into the dark eyes of this very handsome guy who only said his name to already have him head over heals.

Jungkook couldn't take the eyes that looked back at him. He looked cute, eyes wide and lips slightly parted, almost in awe. A smirk almost came over his face until he realized his hands.
He knew he shouldn't have came without his gloves, he had become more dangerous than ever. But he was stressed. Stressed from the kill that caused him some innocents and bruises. Stress from the hospital payments coming up. He came straight to the cafe, without his gloves on. The gloves were covered in blood! I couldn't bring the out in public, was his excuse.
Jungkook hastily took his hands off the table and stood up, leaving the booth.
