The Proposal

GRAY FULLBUSTER POV

I wake up to realize I was almost late for work.

I rush to get up and hurry to get Juvia and my coffee.

I ran to the coffee shop and grab our coffee which luckily the server already knew our order cause I come here every day.

"You're a lifesaver," I say.

She smiles at me and hands me the coffee "be careful it's still hot".

I was running to the office as I was running I spilled coffee on my shirt (may I add it was Juvia's).

Knowing I was screwed I finally get to the office and found Natsu.

"Hey, can you switch shirts with me?" I asked in a hurry.

"Uhhh... Sure." He said we ran into a room and switched shirts.

Everyone was talking and being carefree until Juvia Lockser walks in everyone was hurrying to act like they were working the whole time, as I ran to her office and placed my coffee where hers would have been.

She walks in and starts talking to me about getting Oprah and how Bora was supposed to get her to do something.

"Uhh. Who's Janet and why does she want me to call her?" She asked me.

"That was my coffee but I spilled yours on my way here," I said

"You just so happen to get the same coffee I get..." she said blankly

"I get the same as yours just in case yours spills just like in this case," I said

"Ok aside from that we need to go to Bora's office, I need to let him go pronto," she said and we walk to his office while she is still carrying her coffee.

"Oh, Miss Lockser fancy seeing you here," Bora said worryingly

"Bora you're being let go," she said

"What do you mean 'let go'" he said

"First of all you never do your job and I asked you to get Oprah and you never did," she said as she left his office and I followed.

He ran out of his office and said "You know what Lockser no one likes you, you stupid bitch" Bora said

"Bora you don't have to do this," she said blankly I am very surprised at how his words didn't affect her.

"Miss Lockser you're needed in the main office," an employee told her and she walked to the main office.

But as she walked to the main office she told me "Fullbuster you're working over the weekend." After that, she left.

I walked to her office and called my parents explaining that I couldn't be there for my grandma's 90th birthday.

JUVIA LOCKSER POV

They called me to the main office so I walked to the main office and went inside.

"Good morning," I said to the manager he looked at me and I could tell he needed to talk to me.

"So Miss Lockser it seems your license  has expired and we need to send you back to Canada..." he said

"No I'm sure there is something I can do to stay in Amer-" I was just about to finish when Mr.Fullbuster walked in.

"Miss Lock-" said Mr.Fullbuster until he realized he was about to interrupt our conversation.

"Sir there is something I need to tell you, that I think you might need to know," I said

"Me and Mr.Fullbuster are engaged"

So I hope you guys enjoy the first fanfic I honestly saw the movie proposal and thought about making it fanfic of Gruvia some of the stories aren't going to be word for word I'm just kinda using the storyline btw I would recommend watching the actual movie it's really good.

So I've been working on this project for over 5 months and I'm just now posting so I can have chapters to post on later days because I have school and I wanted to make a Gruvia Fanfiction btw I'm almost done writing it and I'm putting out other chapters soon ●□● ♡♡♡
