Chapter 9 - Where Have You Been?

"AND THE WINNER OF THE FAIRY TAIL TALENT SHOW IS..................

LUCYS POV
"WENDY AND LUCY THE SKY SISTERS!!!" Everyone cheered and Wendy and I hugged each other and got on stage Wendy started first "THANK YOU SO MUCH I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU LIKED OUR PERFORMANCE THANK YOU" she said and I continued "also special thanks to Levy for being the first one to judge our performance!! *levy squeals so loud" and just thank you so mu-" I almost dropped the mic I paused and everyone was looking at me and the cheering stopped. I saw HIM Mystagon in the crowd I know master said all members must be present but I just didn't I don't know. I put the microphone back on the stand and run off the stage out of the guild doors and into a tree. I hear Wendy continue "IM SO SORRY GUYS BUT THANKS" and there I know Wendy left the stage probably to come looking for me. Out of the guild doors comes Gray-nii he called "Lucy? LUCY WHERE ARE YOU?" I knew I shouldn't hide from him so I hung down the inside of my knees keeping me from falling off the branch and I say "yes" all of a sudden I remember I'm wearing a dress and get so embarrassed my face turns red and I jump down. "So Sorry Gray-nii" I say he just says "it's alright why did you run out of there?" "No reason I just thought I saw someone" which is only partly a lie. He just nods but eyes me suspiciously but he reaches for my hand and we go back into the guild. I let go of his hand and run back on stage "I'm so sorry but I just thought I saw someone" I announce and get back down. Wendy already collects the prize and takes it back to fairy hills and everyone just goes back to normal. But I grab Mystogans hand and drag him outside, this earns a few stares but luckily not many. "Where have you been?" "Edolas" he whispers "what?" I ask not quite hearing him. "Nevermind I just went on a mission." "You left us years ago not even caring to contact us not even giving us a goodbye or a hello when we were here and Wendy missed u like crazy.... I missed you" I cried and ran off with him looking after me.
