On October, in Savannah Ga. Alex was a 16-year-old teenager who believed in monsters, ghost, spirits, etc since he was little and still does. Monsters really? what happened to aliens which are more believable. One day, he told his mom if he could invite 5 friends to a hotel for a week. His mom said "sure, have fun". Alex started to pack and told his friends: Ethan, Michael, Noah, Bianca, Caitlin and Nora to start packing and meet at the hotel at 3 pm.
Alex was on his way to the hotel until he decided to stop in Walgreens and buy some snacks. In Walgreens while looking through the aisles he saw the game Ouija, it was the only box in an empty aisle and bought it to play with his friends at the hotel, he wanted to see if the whole spirit and demon things were actually real.
Once he got to the hotel he went to the desk and ask for the keys to the room. The desk manager said: "here is your key, enjoy your stay!" Alex smiled and said, "thank you!" Alex texted his friends to meet him in room 66 and floor 13. They all texted they were on the elevator going to the room. Alex left all his stuff in the room and came out to wait for his friends.
Noah said: "Dude, we haven't seen each other in a long time, how u been?",
Caitlin said: "Lets party!" , Alex said: "Yeah!, I bought snacks and a game to play tonight". They all left their stuff in the room until Michael said: "why are there weird handprints on the wall?", Ethan said: "it might have been kids playing around and assuming the cleaning lady didn't clean the walls well".
It was 9 pm, they got ready to play the game and Alex took out the game trembling his hands. Noah said: "Does that game even really work?", Bianca said: "It doesn't work! people just move it, it's not a real spirit moving it.", Alex said with a trembling voice: "Rumors said that this floor is haunted and I decided to prove if spirits are real". Michael said with a doubtful voice: "I don't believe in the game thing but, weird things happening, yes".
Alex took the game out of the box and read: "Play at your own risk! don't break the rules or they would be consequences. All who are playing must put two fingers, and say "are there any spirits that we can contact", and start asking questions to the spirit you contacted and only four people can put their hands in the board chip, the others can make questions or write what the spirit is trying to spell. They got the board ready, turned off the lights, and put candles around. Noah said: "are there any spirits that we can contact", the board chip moved to yes slowly, they all looked at each other. Alex asked: "who moved it?!", Noah, Caitlin, and Michael said, "not me!", they all panicked and Noah asked: " what is your name?".

The board chip moved to the letters E, T, H, E, L. Ethan said with his wide eyes: "Ethel is one of the worst evil demon spirits!!", I remember her background story since she was a child growing up all her family have kept telling her so many stories of evil spirits, weird things happening and things they would do if you felt fear and other stuff. Until she passed away and since her spirit wasn't free she became one of the worst evil spirits. She had the powers to make people hallucinate fears they would have or had. These days she would still look for more victims. Ethan asked the board "Is this story true?".
Alex said, "this is bad!". The board started to move again, it moved to "Yes", Michael asked, "What age did you die?" , The board moved to the numbers at the bottom and spelled 1, 6. Caitlin said, "This can't be, she died at our age!!!". Bianca asked, "what happened the day you died?", the board spelled D, E, M, O, N. Alex said, "OMG". Bianca said, "is this true?", the board moved to "Yes". Nora said, "woah, that's creepy". And since she died she has been haunting all her family with her powers since.
Noah said, "guys.., WHY IS THERE A HUGE SPIDER IN THE ROOM!!!", everyone looked around and said there were no spiders in the room. Noah climbed the chair and started screaming continuously "GET IT OUT!!!", Ethan said, "this must be Ethel making Noah hallucinate". Bianca asked "Why!, is it true Ethel!", the board moved to "Yes". Caitlin ran out of the room and touched the elevator button but the elevators weren't working, she tried opening the stairs door but they were closed. Caitlin said, "GUYS, WE ARE STUCK, THERE IS NO WAY OUT!!".
Then, Bianca started to hallucinate her fear, "This can't be happening, THERE IS A CREEPY VOODOO DOLL LOOKING AT ME!!". Michael told Ethel to stop this, Ethel got mad and then made Michael hallucinate. Michael said, "I think I made her mad, GUYS I'M CHAINED TO THE WALL I DON'T LIKE THIS AND WHY ARE THERE CREEPY EYES ON THE OTHER WALL LOOKING AT ME!!", Alex said, "this can't be happening, there has to be a way out and a way to break the curse Ethel is doing, NORA! ETHAN! COME!", but it was to late, Nora said, "WHY AM I LISTENING SO MANY VOICES CALLING ME!!. Ethan and Alex ran to the closet, they found a book lying on the floor, looked at it and looked through it. They found a cure for the curse, they had to make a voodoo doll that looked like Ethel and drown her in hot water.
Alex and Ethan ran to the bathroom as fast as possible, they grabbed the curtains, found some scissors and needle in the bathroom cabinets, started cutting the curtains into a doll shape. They grabbed the needle and thread and started sowing the doll, they added buttons as eyes and used the thread as hair too. They turned on the hot water in the bathtub and drowned the doll, the curse was fading away. All their friends stopped hallucinating, they all hugged in relief and decided to go get some ice cream and go home to their families and not say anything of what happened.
