Things go wrong

Andrea POV

3 weeks after she joined

"Morgan leave him alone" I laughed softly after hearing Morgan pick on Reid. I was getting comfortable with everyone and felt like I had a family now. I was getting my things together when I heard Reid get up from his desk and walk over to mine. " Yes Spencer " I ask not even looking up from what I was doing. I heard him chuckle and my face heated up and my heart race . Why? I pushed that in the back of my mind when he spoke " I was wondering if you would like to go get Coffee ".

I smiled and turned to see a very shy Reid and a hopeful look on his face. I giggle. Wait what I don't giggle. I looked up and gave a big smile "Sure I would love that" he smiled and scratched the back of his head. "Great I will meet you in the front of the building" he turned and walked away and I watched him. Wow he was cute.

I quickly grabbed the rest of my things and hurried downstairs. I looked for the tall doctor and saw him leaning against his car. I walked over and smiled "Ready" he gave a goofy grin and nodded his head "Yep" we got in and drove to the local coffee shop. On the way we talked about eachother and got to learn about the other. He was wicked intelligent with a high IQ of 187 and he could read 20,000 words a minute.

I didn't have much to top that. Graduated a small school in lower Alabama. Was a total gamer. I was just simple. But Reid was so fascinated by me for some reason. He would ask me question that made me feel a little better. When we got to the Coffee shop though it was honestly a lot of fun. Reid would tell me interesting facts and be confused when I would compliment him on the information.

Before we knew it we were leaving the coffee shop because it was closing time. "Where do you live " he asked and glanced at me before looking back at the road. I panicked I didn't want to tell him I still hadn't found a place to stay. I tried to keep my voice steady and looked at him " I need to go get my car ". He nodded and when we pulled into the parking lot I saw JJ rushing in the building. Right then Reid's phone rang and he answer "Hello Doctor Spencer Reid " he nodded and ended the call "Perfect timing because we got a case "

We quickly got to the conference room and sat down. Hotch walked in and gave a very quick briefing and we were automatically in air. The case consisted of 6 murders. All females with nothing in common. I was nervous. Something about this case wasn't right. I tried to rest but I just couldn't. I sigh and look down at my charm bracelet (basically a Pandora charm bracelet) it had 2 charms on it. A ship and bunny.

I smiled and looked up to see Reid was breathing heavy. I quickly and quietly walked over to him and placed a hand on his shoulder. "Reid " I shook him a little and before I knew it my wrist was grabbed tightly and a shaky Reid was staring at me. "Hey hey it's okay it is just me" I said calmly trying not to freak out. He relaxed a let go of my wrist "Sorry.. what time is it" he grumbled and looked around.

I smiled and looked at my phone "Almost 4 in the morning " I said softly and sat back down in my seat. He nodded and laid his head back against his seat. I wanted to ask him about the dream but I didn't feel like it was the right time. I sat in silence the rest of the way occasionally watching him doze off .

Once we finally got to our location I was uneasy. Something was off and I could tell Reid knew. After 2 days we still had nothing and we were all getting frustrated. While looking through things Reid sprung up and looked at the board. We all glanced and stood up. " What you got Spencer" I said softly breaking the silence. The sheriff walked in and looked at us with a worried look in his eyes. He kept worrying about the case and when we got close to something he would blow it off. Like he was covering something.

Reid turned on his heels and looked at me " every girl had been with the same person every night before be murdered " the sheriff stiffened up but tried to hide his panic. "And who would that be Agent " Reid growled and took a deep breath " Not sure but every victim had the same impression on there lower back like a stamp but they were all done before the victims died ".

I nodded "So basically marking them as a target " Emily nodded "But what could it be " I looked over at the door when I saw a tall male walk in. He was young 20 or 21. The sheriff noticed and quickly pushed him out of the room but whilst doing so I caught a glimpse of him staring and a ring that looked like the same design that left the marks on our victims.

After a couple minutes I heard arguing and quickly walked back in to see the sheriff I'm Reid's face. I went to say something when suddenly I heard. "What was that Agent " followed by the genius that I was growing to ..love.. say " We believe your son is the killer and it is doctor " Reid stormed out by time the other members showed up.

I blushed and shook my head . I ran after Reid and got outside only to be knocked over the head and fall to the ground. I saw someone walk up to me and pick me up. All I smelled was alchohol . The next thing I knew I was thrown into a van and my eyes closed as I began being tossed around while the maniac drove.
