"Wake up kelcie!" Abby, our live in maid, says into my room sweetly.
"Abby? Today's my last practice isn't it?" I ask sitting up.
"Yes it is sweetheart, I'm sorry." She says coming over and giving me a hug. Abby is an older lady probably in her late 50s. She's like a mother to me, And my brother. She's always here unlike my real mother.
"Well I guess I'll get dressed now." I said frowning.
"Okay your breakfast will be done by the time you get downstairs." She said smiling as she walked out.
I got up and went into my bathroom and showered. I sighed and got in. My dad got an amazing job opportunity in California so that means I get to move there. Yay, note the sarcasm. I'm not very excited as you can see. If I wasn't so attached to my gym Maryland Twisters and my team Reign then maybe I would be more happy but guess what I'm not. I can't just leave my team! They mean everything to me. We've lost together we've won together and most importantly we've always been there for each other. I can't just leave them like that! I stepped out of the shower wrapping a towel around my body. I started brushing out my wet hair so it wouldn't get tangled. I took out my hair dryer and dried it. I brushed it out one more time before I started straightening my hair. You see I love my hair but it's so stressful. It is a light brown color with natural blonde highlights and it's curly so for competitions I don't normally have to take hours to curl my hair. After straightening the last few strands of my hair I went to my closet and put on my 2014 worlds practice wear. I put on my Maryland Twisters tank over. I put on my nfinitys and went back to the bathroom once again. I took out pieces of hair in the front for my poof then put the rest of my hair into a high ponytail. I tightened it so it wouldn't fall out. I took my teasing brush and teased the hair for my poof. I put it back and Bobby pinned it down and brushed back the fly always. I looked for my 2014 worlds bow and put it in. I teased my pony tail so it was high up. I put on light make up and decided I was fine.
On my way downstairs I ran into my brother Alex.
"Two more days." He said looking bummed.
"Yup, only two more days and goodbye Maryland." I said frowning.
"I guess we gotta make it the best two days ever." He said smiling.
"Yup." I said faking a smile.
I ran downstairs ate my breakfast, quickly grabbed my keys, my nfinity backpack and ran out to my car. I have a two door range rover convertible. It's like a dark gray color. As I drove out of my garage and out of the gates that lead to my house, I put on my favorite song 'life of the party' by Shawn Mendes. I drove up to the gym and got out of my car. I walked in and sat down. I won't be practicing today but I will be watching.
"Hey coach!" I said giving her a hug.
"Hey kel, how are you doing?" She said looking simpathetic.
"It really hasn't even hit me yet" I sighed
"Oh you'll be fine you should try out for California Allstars when you move" she smiled
"I don't think I want to" I frowned
"Kel you have to I know you don't want to go against reign or any Maryland Twisters team but you can't just quit cheer because of that" She told me
"I know but this gym, this team is just a a part of me I can't just drop it like it is nothing! I don't think I can cheer any where else" I looked up at her
"Kelcie I want you to go to Cali and try out at California Allstars I know you'll be a great addition to any of there teams don't think that if you go there your betraying this gym because your not, instead your doing what makes you happy and that's all that matters" She smiled and gave me a hug.
