New Love

Chapter 10

"Anna Sam knows" I told her as we pulled into her drive way

"What?" She asked confused as we got out

"Look" I said handing her my phone.

"What how?" She asked shocked

"I don't know" I sighed

I re read the text over and over.

From Sam

I know that was you at the beach, why did you lie?

To Sam:

Sam....please don't say anything. I just need time okay.

From Sam:

Kelcie! I've been friends with kian forever and I've never seen him like this. You need to talk to him.

To Sam:

I just can't I need my time.

From Sam:

Kelcie, we all love you but your an idiot.

To Sam:

What?

From Sam:

He's in love with you! But your to busy thinking about who knows what, so you don't see it. He is so crazy for you. He sat in the drive way balling after you left. I don't like this kian and you don't either so please just try and make up with him.

To Sam:

It's just not that easy.

From Sam:

Whatever kelcie I'm done with you. Thank you for ruining my best friend.

"Anna what do I do?" I asked handing her my phone so she could read the texts.

"Well you can stay here tonight if you want then tomorrow I think you should go talk to him, it sounds like he regrets what he did and you just need to go" She told me handing me my phone back.

"Ok" I nodded

We walked into her home and went and changed into something comfortable. We ate dinner and watched a movie before heading to bed. I shut the light off and got under the covers in the bed in the guess room. A million thoughts ran through my head as I tried to sleep. What would I say? Surely he doesn't want to talk to me. As I was thinking my mind slowly started drifting to sleep.

"Kelcie wake up you need to get dressed and eat then go and talk to Kian" Anna's voice rang through the room

I groaned and sat up, but then laid back down.

"Up now" Anna said

I mumbled something not very nice. I love Anna but why does she have to wake me up so early? I rolled off the bed onto the carpet wrapped in the blanket. I unrolled my self and stumbled as I tried to stand up. I made the bed quickly and went to get dressed. I dressed in the cloths I came in on Saturday. I brushed my hair pulling it back and putting it in a simple braid. I walked to the living room and found Anna eating cereal.

"Here" She smiled pushing a bowl and spoon towards me.

I poured in lucky charms and the milk. Once I finished I put the bowl and spoon in the dish washer after rinsing it off.

"Well I'm off" I smiled weakly

"Good luck" She whispered as I gave her a hug

"Thanks for letting me stay" I smiled
