Archie's POV
Betty had invited me to go to pops with her so we were sitting and talking and I all I could think was how gorgeous Betty was in this lighting. I honestly couldn't stand my feelings anymore. I told her how much I liked her but she was turned around looking at a girl. She has dark raven colored hair and was wearing a black cape. "Woah" Betty said. I sat there shook as the raven haired girl came up to us. She said "Are the onion rings here good" Betty said"so good". The girl talked more with Betty and then she left. "Dang now is the perfect time to be wearing my new shirt" Betty smirked. I went home angrily.I stared at the ceiling and eventually fell asleep.
Veronica's POV
I woke up and put a nice dress and my pearl necklace. I walked out and Andre drove me to school. I walked in and my jaw dropped. A handsome boy with a beanie on walked past me I couldn't take my eyes off him. I walked up to him and said " hi I am Veronica" he said" hi I am jughead" and before we knew it we were friends. I couldn't stop staring off into his eyes. The bell rang and he looked at me and leaned in and kissed me then ran off. I was so shook I couldn't stop thinking about him all day. It was now lunch time so I sat with Archie, jughead, and Betty." Damn I love your necklace" Betty said leaning in. I suddenly felt uncomfortable. " I uhh" but I was interrupted by jughead leaning in and kissing me which caused Betty to storm off. Archie simply looked away suddenly catching eyes with Cheryl who he soon walked over too. Jughead led me in to the janitors closet where we made out. What a great first day.
Archie's POV
Dang Cheryl was hot I leaned in to kiss her but she stopped me "I am more into girls sorry tho" she said. damn it I went to look for Veronica and jughead but they were no where to be seen I was mad at Betty so I didn't care where she went. Ugh today was such a bad day
Time skip( things are the same except jug is a serpent).
That was until the serpents came to Riverdale high
