When he's using his quirk when he's at his usual fun mood, his electricity is blue
But when he's mad, his electricity becomes bright red. It also more dangerous and Y/N has a habit of losing control of himself.

F/N: His father is an officer in the police force and is a master of Hand To Hand Combat, making him dangerous, even to most quirk users. His quirk allows him to take half the damage he received and store it in his body. Then he's able to use that stored energy to increase his strength and durability

M/N: His mother is a pro hero, having the quirk to control the weather. She can force it to rain and command lightning to strike anywhere she chooses or make it snow and manifest a massive blizzard to slow down and freeze her enemies
And he has a cousin, his name Denki Kaminari.
They both live a few blocks away from eachother, but when they both found out their quirks are somewhat the same. They both became fast friends
