Changes- A Taylor Caniff Fanfic

Chapter 1

Hi, my name is Erica! my parents just got divorced so I am moving with my mom to Indiana. I am excited to have a fresh start, but at the same time, I am really nervous. Will I make friends? Will people like me? My thought were interrupted when I heard my mom call me name. "Erica! We are leaving in an hour!"

What? Only a hour to say goodbye to my best friend? I ran over to Hannah's house as fast as I could

"I can't believe you are leaving!" she cried.

"I know! Promise me that you won't replace me and come and visit me?" I asked.

"I promise." She said hugging me even tighter.

"Well, I have to go. I am gonna miss you so much! Bye!" I said giving her one last hug.

"Bye" she said very sadly.

Once I got back to the house, my mom was waiting for me in the car. I got in and we are on our way to the airport.

It is my first time on a plane so I am very nervous. I put in my headphones and eventually fell asleep. I got waken up by my mom shaking me telling me the plane just landed.

We got off the plane and received all of out bags. We got a taxi to take us to out new house. When I walked in the door I noticed the house was already furnished. But, there was no food.

"Erica, if you want you can run to the store down the road and get some snacks to last you a few days." My mother said to me.

"Sure. Can I have some money?" I asked. She then threw down $30 on the counter.

I walked in the store and found where they had there snacks. I was about to go in an isle when someone ran into me.

"Watch where you're going!" I exclaimed. Standing in front of me was a group of guys.

"I am so sorry!" said the one that ran into me. "Me name is Taylor, and this is Cameron, Nash, Dillon, Matt, Shawn, Hayes, and Carter." he said pointing at the other guys. It took my a second to process all that he just said.

"My names Erica" I said trying to sound polite.

"Well we have to get going. But, do you think maybe I can have your number so we can hang out sometime?" Asked Taylor.

"Sure thing" I said as we exchanged our numbers

I hurried up and finished packing then headed back home. I was wore out so I put away the snacks and went up to my bedroom and went into the bathroom that was attached. I took a shower and then braided my long blonde hair so it will be wavy in the morning. I just got in bed when my phone went off. It was an unknown number.

From unknown number:

Hey this is Taylor. Just wanted to say good night beautiful 😘

I blushed at the text and then replied

To Taylor:

Goodnight ☺️

And with that darkness took over and I was asleep
