The next day I woke up happily. That kiss was amazing and all I could think about was about kissing James. It was 7:00 in the morning. I turned on the radio and Avril Lavigne was on playing What the Hell. I cranked the volume way up high, but I didn't mind, it was time dad woke up. My dad barged in my room while I was jumping up and down and jamming to the song. He was half asleep and was about to fall to the ground unlike me. "What the hell?" he said, in that manly deep voice. "Yeah that's the name of the song" I said laughing and continuing to jump to my closet to pick out an outfit. "Turn it down" he said, getting angry. "Oh come on dad! Have a little bit of life in ya" I said smiling back at him. He stomped to my radio and shut it off, unplugging it and throwing it outside. "Hey! What the heck?!" I said running out and grabbing the radio. "NEXT TIME DO AS I TELL YOU." he yelled, slamming the door. Ugh? What's his problem?
I got back inside and plugged it in again. Though it wasn't functioning well. I think it might have been the god damn fall it took. I was really pissed at my dad. I wanted to get out of the house as soon as I dressed into my clothes but I couldn't go to Adam's as he is pissed at me as well. So I guess I am stuck here. Nah. I got in my black shorts and a white band shirt and my black sneakers, grabbed my bag, and headed out to the meadow without informing my dad that I was going. I walked and walked remembering of the amazing night I had. But now the sun was shining, the birds were chirping and the fresh scent of the grass filled my lungs. After a long stroll I looked at the time, 7:35. The bus should be here in 5. I ran back to the house, got out immediately without saying goodbye and left the house, got on the bus and sat next to Lindsay.
"Well good morning to you to. You seem pissed." she said looking worried. "Hey. I am not in the mood. This morning I decided to turn on the god damn radio and dance along some tunes when my dad barged in, demanded me to turn it down which I refused, and then unplugged it and threw it out in the meadow." I said huffing. "Yikes. That's gotta be bad. Maybe it still works." she said with some sort of 'hope' in her eyes. "I plugged it in, didn't work." I said rolling my eyes. "Hey, um Adam has been trying to call you last night. Didn't you receive his missed calls?" she said. I grabbed my phone and searched the logs. I found almost 20 missed calls from him. "Oh my God. I didn't hear my phone. What did he want anyway? He is pissed at me for no god damn reason" I said locking my phone and putting it back in my pocket. "He isn't pissed at you anymore. He realized how stupid he was and tried to call you to apologize for it" she said, getting mad at me. "Well I guess we will talk face to face today!" I said as the bus stopped and I got out of my seat. I saw our group in the distance and I walked over to them. "Hey" I said, giving a slight smile. "Hey Di, yesterday I called you 18 times. What the hell happened? Did you die?" he said, getting everybody's attention. "Adam, don't shout everyone can hear us, second of all, can we be mature and talk about this calmly and in a more private room?" I whispered to him. "Sure" he yelled and stormed off. What was his problem? "Hey what happened between you and Adam?" asked Sarah looking confused. "I seriously don't know. I talked to this one guy and he just got really mad." I said.
Adam's POV
I am so going to kill James! I could smell his scent on Dianne. He has been with her, I knew it! I walked in the corridor's trying to find James. I finally found him beside his locker. I got up to him closed his locker and pinned him to the next locker. "What the hell man? What were you doing with Dianne?" I spat at him. "Easy Adam Easy..not here" he said trying to calm me down. "I don't WANT to calm down" I growled slamming him harder on the locker door. "Adam, you're gathering a crowd. Please don't. Just back away slowly and we'll talk in another place, another time. Okay?" he whispered at me. I let him go slowly, "Okay fine. I'll text you" I said storming off to the men's bathroom. I barged in and went over to the sink. I washed my face and looked in the mirror. My veins were showing under my eyes. My eyes were turning yellowish green. No not now. I closed my eyes tightly and they turned back to normal. I tried to find peace. I was going to talk to Dianne but the bell rang. Guess I have to do it later. The first lesson was math. Ugh great with Mr.Ross.
