Chapter Sixteen - One Like Me.

Zippy's P.O.V

Toby and I undid the chains around Kayla's and Tasselhoff's hands. When we made sure that we left nothing behind, When I turned to check the hallway to see if any army solders were out there I felt a pircing pain stab into my chest that send me flying into the wall almost smashing into Kayla who I missed by a few sentetmeters. I felt something cold dripping down my chest and looked, my purple blood was spilling out through a stab wound in my chest. I looked up to see who had stabed me and saw something very surprising. Another shapshifter. I heard Tasselfhoff draw in a breath when he went to help me up but saw what was in the door then froze. I saw Toby back up away from the door as the other shapshifter walked through the door way. "Wow you guys are very week and...."the other shapshifter's voice traied off as I stood up and changed my form into a tall faceless beast,with a long tail with a large spike at the end of it. "Go" I told Toby, Tassel and Kayla through there minds. I felt Tassel move his hand an grabed Kaylas and they edged out of the room. "For now they are safe, but i will need to buy them time so they can get away. If i get beaten here they wont be able to win in a fight aganst a shapshifter stronger than me " I thought "You work for the army righ?" I ask my voice ringing through the room seemed to come from every where. "Yes I do, I hate humans but i hate nonhumans more" It hissed. I thought about this for awhile, "You work for the army why haven't they done tests on you yet like they were going to do on my friends?" I asked again my voice seeming like it came from every where. "That is not for you to know" It hissed as it lunged at me.
