It all began with the disappearance of the Aque Blastia in the Lower Quarter. The core that cleans all water from anything dirty. With it gone from the Lower Quarter of Zaphias, it denies the cleanliness of water for the Lower Quarter. The first thing to be noticed was that the core was no longer in it's usual place in the fountain. It was said by Yuri Lowell when he asked Hank about it. Questions such as, "Who was the last to fix this ?" Hank had told him it had been this noble named Mordio. If he was a noble... Who was that ? I was a noble yet not once had I ever heard that name. After a short while, I didn't stick long enough to see what happened, for I had to leave.
I was born and raised completely by nobility. My full name is Shinju Aurion Heurassein, a noble who lives in the castle and keeps watch over everything else. Just like Estellise Sidos Heurassein, a friend of mine and another noble girl that also lives in the castle, we are both unable to walk around freely. We have been told that there are many dangerous things outside the castle, so they forbid us to go out. I however, did not like what they wanted, so I decided to be a little mischievous. During some afternoons, when not that many people are around in the castle to watch, I change my clothing and sneak out to go to the Lower Quarters. I have made sure that whenever I go down to that area, that I do not look anything like I do when I'm in the castle. When I'm at the Lower Quarters, I wear a V neck black cardigan with a thin, belt like ribbon, and some white at the wrists and bottom, that is slightly larger than my usual fitting, inside it a white sort of loose shirt. For my bottoms, a brown skirt that reaches down to my knees, underneath those, for just-in-case, are some knee length black leggings. I wear comfortable shoes that don't stand out, and I also wear this blue colored scarf around my neck at all times. I leave my hair down since at the castle it's always up.
So I'm sort of living a double life ? A noble acting as a person from the Lower Quarters. So far, no one knows who I really am. During the whole entire two years when I began switching routines, I met almost everyone there. For a fact, I met this troublemaker known as Yuri Lowell there, but it seems that all the times he's gotten into trouble, they all had a reason. He happens to be the Yuri that Flynn has mentioned of before. It seems like the guards are doing such bad jobs with helping out people from here too. While I'm in the Lower Quarters, I happen to go as Shinji.

"Shinju", I heard someone say softly from the other side of my door, "Are you here ?" Walking over to my door, I opened it to find Estellise, or Estelle as I call her, smiling. "Estelle", I said as I opened my door for her to enter, "Come in." She did so and took a seat on my bed while I shut the door behind me. Unlike most people around here, she was the only one that I mostly spoke with. It was kind of stressful to be around any members of the castle. Estelle was wearing this baby blue gown with her hair up elegantly. I, on the other hand, was now wearing this somewhat very light but faded green gown with my hair up in a braided bun. "What could I help you with today Estelle ?", I asked, turning my way towards her. She appeared to be a bit distracted. "Nothing", she replied in a mumble, "I just wanted someone to talk to." Peering out the window, I saw some Imperial Knights guarding. "Don't you wish that someday you would be able to leave this place ?", I asked her, keeping focus on the outside world that was beyond my window. I heard her stand up and walk over to my side. Looking out the window, she nodded. "But we do not have the permission", she replied faintly. The both of us watched as Imperial Knights from below began running out. Was there something happening ? "What's going on ?", Estelle asked as we watched them all leave. Looking out into the direction of where they were headed, I couldn't make out what went on. Turning away from the window, I took a seat at my vanity.
"Hey, Estelle", I asked, looking into the mirror. "Hm ? What is it ?", she asked, looking my way. "If anything bad happens to happen here in the castle", I replied, "Come and find me." She looked at me for a second before smiling at me. "Yes", she replied, "I will do so. If anything happens." I smiled back at her softly. Just as I was about her if there was a noble named Mordio, there was the sound of clinking armor headed our way. The Imperial Knights ? But why ? Looking at Estelle worried about what could happen, I told her to go behind the bed side that was nearest to the window. Walking over to her, we both went down and hid into this large closet of mine quietly. As I had expected, there was a knock at the door. Putting a finger up to my lips, I told her to be quiet. She nodded slightly and we heard as there was a knock on the door again.
"Lady Shinju ?", they asked, "Lady Shinju ? Are you there ?" There was no answer from us. Thinking that they would leave, instead we could hear the door be knocked down with a loud 'thud'. The clinking armor was now closer, indicating that they were in the room. I noticed how Estelle looked at me very worried about our situation. "She is not here", they said to each other. Luckily, they were foolish enough to not look in my closet. "She must be with Lady Estellise then", they implied. We didn't leave the room until all the clinking armor was gone. Opening the door that led to my closet, was my broken down door. Everything else seemed to be untouched. With my door now broken, it wasn't safe to be out in that room. Telling Estelle to stay inside the closet, I went out and looked around. Walking back to the closet where Estelle was, I told her that we needed to go to a safer place. She nodded in agreement as I went and looked for my "Shinji Clothing". The clothing that I was wearing now would only get in my way. After changing into it, we both left the closet.
"What'll we do now ?", she asked, uncertain of what we should do, "Why were the knights looking for us ?" Tightening the ribbon around my waist, I looked out the door to see if anyone was around. I walked over to my vanity and took something out from behind it. "A Stiletto ?", she asked as I took it out, "How did you get it ?" I tied it behind my back and looked at her. "It was a 'Parting Gift'", I replied, reaching out for her hand, "Now let's get out of here. We need to leave before we get caught." She nodded her head firmly as we headed out. Just what were the Imperial Knights after ?
