Kate wasn't your average teenager, she didn't care if she was popular, and she didn't take hours getting ready in the morning so she could try to impress everyone. Kate never believed anyone if they said she was pretty, even though she wasn't just pretty, Kate was stunning. But she saw her flaws better than anyone, so who could blame her?
This was going to be the first day at her new school, and of coarse she wanted to make an impression, but she didn't want to be too noticeable.
Kate hoped into the shower and lathered up her long, bleach blonde, wavy hair with shampoo and conditioner, rinsed it out and washed her body. When she was finished she got out, wrapped a towel around her and went to her closet letting her hair air dry for a little while.
Kate picked out a pair of high wasted distressed denim shorts, a tight long sleeved black and white floral cropped top with coral pink leopard print vans. Kate went back to the bathroom and blow dried her slightly damp hair and left it natural considering her waves made it look like she created very loose curls in her hair.
She applied mascara so her eye lashes looked long and some eye liner to make her eyes look bold. When Kate was finished, she looked at herself in the mirror and gave herself a satisfied smile, went down stairs and ran out the door. She noticed a boy with a few tattoos, dark brown hair and dark eyes staring at her in awe.
"Um.. is there something on my face?"
The boy started to blush, and quickly looked down at his feet.
"N-no,"
Kate quickly cut him off,
"Then why were you staring at me?"
"Don't flatter yourself, princess. I wasn't staring, I just looked at you. It's not like you're actually pretty."
That's when Kate got upset and walking to school. When she finally got there she realized the boy was already there, leaned up agents his car talking to his friends. Kate started walking past them when his four friends were yelling at her.
"DAMN!"
"Wow, look at that, she's even hotter than Taylor!"
Kate stopped, turned around and gave each and every one of those boys a death glare.
"Seems as if one of your friends doesn't think so."
She looked at the boy from earlier, (who just happens to be her neighbor) then looks and the others. The boys look at each other with puzzled expressions on their faces.
"Who, Hunter?"
The one boy points at her neighbor.
"Yes him!" She snapped.
"Well that depends, are you his new neighbor?"
"Why does that matter?"
"Because he said that his neighbor is smok-"
The boy was cut off by Hunter pushing him to the ground. The boy got up and flipped off Hunter, being me, I chuckled.
"Like I was saying, Hunter said his neighbor is smoking hot."
My eyes widened and I quickly faced a blushing Hunter. He put his hand on the back of his neck and slowly rubbed it while looking at his feet.
Kate looked at hunter for a moment, took a step closer and lifted up his chin.
"So the bad boy likes the new girl." Kate said to him in a sweet tone with a little grin on her face.
She turns around and walks away. It was usually the boys toying with the girls, but it was going to be the other way around this time. Kate was playing hard to get.

By the time lunch rolled around, Kate already made quite a few friends and a couple enemies. Once people found out that the 'Bad boy' likes her, some girls got really angry with her 'cause he is apparently theirs.
Kate sat down at one of the lunch tables with two of her new friends, and of coarse, Hunter and his Little 'posy' decided to join them.
Hunter sat beside Kate and hooked an arm around her shoulder.
"You still haven't told me your name" Hunter whispers in her ear.
Kate looks at him and gives a little smile,
"Kate Wildonson, what's your last name?"
"Bott." He says with a little grin, happy she's showing a little interest in him.
"Hunter Bott.. cute," She gives a wink, gets up from the table and goes to a new one.
Once Kate sat down, everyone at the table she just moved from looks at Hunter.
"What the hell did you say to her?" Kate's friend, Chloe asks.
"I just asked what her name was, 'cause she didn't tell me yet.." Replied Hunter
"Then why did she move tables?" Asks Rebecca.
"I don't think she likes Hunter." Hunters friend says.
After every ones little argument, the bell rang, so everyone went to class.

It was finally the end of the day. Kate got offered a ride home by a few people, but she turned all of them down. She was just starting to walk home when a really nice black Mercedes pulls up beside her. Kate looks in the window, and Hunter was staring back at her.
"Need a ride?"
"No, I'm fine."
Kate starts walking away but Hunter doesn't give up.
After about five minutes of arguing, Kate wins, and gets to walk home.
Just as Kate was reaching her door, she heard people laughing. Kate opened the door and saw the boy she was trying to get rid of all day and what seemed to be his parents.
"Oh, I'd like you to meet my daughter, Kate!" Kate's mom said to Hunter.
"We actually already met." Hunter replied with a slight grin on his face.
I started to walk up the stairs when my mom asked me where i was going.
"I'm going to my room so I can do my homework.."
"Oh, Okay, but dinner is going to be ready in two hours." Kate's Mother said with a little smile on her face.

Kate's POV
-
I just finished my math homework and I felt his presence behind me, so I turned around and was looking at the abs of Hunter... my mate.
A/N
Wow! Plot twist!
I wasn't going to do the whole 'wearwolf' thing but I just figured it would give me more things to write about.
And don't worry, not all chapters are going to be this short.
- I'm thinking about making him Beta and then he fights his best friend who turns on him for the Alpha title.. idk. Maybe he'll just already be the Alpha.
RATE/COMMENT/FOLLOW! ALL THAT JUNK.
Love all of you! <3
