*****THE NEXT MORNING*****
Shane wakes up and walks into the kitchen to see a shirtless Sawyer in nothing but boxers, his abs showing and his muscles glistening after his morning workout drinking a glass of water.
"Morning!", Sawyer says waving.
"...Morning", Shane replies trying not to get phased by the sweaty, muscular body that is Sawyer Hartman.
"How did you sleep?"
"Great. So much better than I did before. Thanks again for letting me stay here for a few days.. it means a lot to me.", Shane smirks and pulls up a seat to the counter.
"No problem man it's what buddies are for!", Sawyer turns to Shane smiling and holding up a pan. "So what would you like to eat? Eggs? Pancakes? Bowl of cereal?"
"Pancakes would be great"
"Alright a stack of pancakes coming right up!", Sawyer cheerfully says turning back to the stove.
Shane grabs his phone and unlocks it to see the wallpaper.
"*sigh*.. I hope this plan works..", he whispers to himself. He brings up Tyler's cellphone number and calls.
*ring ring..ring ring..* "Hello?", Tyler's voice picks up.
"Hey Tyler.", Shane says running his hand through his hair.
"Hey Shane, what's up girl?"
"Just wanted to call about the date plan."
"Alright but.. where are you?", Tyler asks quietly.
"At Sawyer's place, he let me stay the night and he's making pancakes. Here let me put you on speaker..", Shane presses the speaker button. "Tyler say hi."
"Hey Sawyer!"
"What up Tyler Oakley!", Sawyer says turning his head halfway around then back to his work.
Shane takes Tyler off speaker and walks by the front door, " I'm gonna take this outside."
"Alright cool, I'll let you know when breakfast is ready", Sawyer says as he pours the pancake batter onto the pan.
Shane nods and makes his way outside while Tyler starts on the plan.
"Alright so where is Lisa?"
"I don't know. Last time I saw her she was pissed with her things in hand and said she was going to a friend's house... Then she left..", Shane looks down running what happened that night all over again in his head.
"And do you know what friend she meant?", Tyler said in a concerned tone.
" Not really.", Shane's eyes then grew bigger. "Wait I think I might know what friend she's staying with!"
"Alright, who?"
"Her friend George from Yahoo."
"She's staying with another guy?!", Tyler's voice rose an octave.
" Maybe, I mean she did say he's a good friend and they always talk about their problems and stuff.. So maybe she's there."
"Aren't you worried that she might have done something with him?"
"No way! They're just good buddies and besides, if Lisa was cheating on me with him then she wouldn't have said yes to our date."
"Yeah well you never know Shane..", Tyler says in a serious voice.
"Okay anyways so we can go to his place and pick her up for the date there."
"Okay okay but do you know where this guy lives?"
"Of course. He invited Lisa and I to dinner one night a few months ago."
"Okay then! Well get ready and we'll go to the store to get you the flowers and chocolates.", Tyler said happily.
"Sounds good! I'll text you later."
"Alright byee!"
"Bye haha!", Shane opens the door as he puts his phone in his pocket and gets hit with the sweet smell of pancakes.
"You ready to eat?", Sawyer turns around with Shane's large plate of food hot and ready.
"Hell yeah! I'm starving!", Shane exclaims as he grabs the warm plate from Sawyer.
"So you and Tyler getting ready for the plan?"
"Yeah, we gotta go to the store and get some things I'm gonna give to Lisa, and we gotta drive to some guys house.. I think she might be staying there with him."
"Damn. Well seems like you guys got a great plan ready.", Sawyer says making his way into the livingroom joining Shane with his plate. "Let's just hope it works."
"It will... I hope.", Shane looks at Sawyer giving him his small shy smirk.
