World Between Worlds

Chapter 3

Jance's POV:

Jance, Sandv, Fernaldo, Tranx, and Zetameda: *falling out of the portals and landed on the ground, groaning in pain and rubbing their heads when they got up, not seeing each other*

Jance: My head.....

Sandv: That may have not happened if we didn't go to that government facility.

Zetameda: Fernaldo, why did you press that button?

Sandv: Jance pressed the button and who is Fernaldo?

Zetameda: Wait...... who is Jance?

We all look up at each other.

Jance: Who are you? *pointed at Zetameda, Fernaldo, and Tranx*

Tranx: *standing there in silence*

Fernaldo: I'm Fernaldo. Who are you? *pointed at Sandv and me*

Sandv: My name is Sandv.

Zetameda: Zetameda and the one standing in silence is Tranx.

Jance: The name's Jance.

Fernaldo: How did we get here?

Sandv: I don't know how you got here, but me and Jance came here by accident. We were in a government facility cause she thought it was a good idea to sneak into because she knows the government is hiding something. Then, we found a machine that looked like it could cause a rip in space-

Zetameda: Wait.....a machine? Did it look like kinda look like a generator, but it wasn't?

Sandv: Ya..... How did you know?

Fernaldo: What?! A machine like that can cause a rip in space?!

Jance: Let the tech girl finish what she was saying how we got here.

Zetameda: Sorry.... please continue your story Sandv.

Sandv: Where was I? Oh ya. Rip in space. Then the night watch came in to check the place for intruders and we hid. Thankfully he didn't look behind the boxes, which that was where we were hiding. We came out of the hiding when he left and Jance leaned on the machine and her hand landed right on the button.

Zetameda: I might have a clue to how we got here.

Fernaldo: Magic?

Zetameda: No....... *facepalms and sighs* I was talking about the button you pressed when we were in the new lab that we were invited into.......

Fernaldo: Oh ya..... So we were invited to come to the new lab to explore and when we went in there we saw this machine that looked like a generator and-

Zetameda: We went to the scientist to tell us what that machine did and he told us not to touch it, but Fernaldo didn't hear what he said and literally went over to the machine and pressed the button when the scientist specifically said not to.

I almost forgot that the one guy was here. What was his name? Oh ya Tranx.

Tranx: *quietly says, but still can be heard to what he is saying* Fernaldo needs to think before he acts.

Jance and Sandv: o_O

Sandv: I was beginning to think he couldn't speak.

Jance: Quiet one, but I think he is right. Maybe we should've all thinked before we acted.

Sandv: Like thinking before going into government facilities and listening to me?

Jance: I didn't say that.

Zetameda: I didn't do anything wrong. Except for..... *mumbles under her breath*

Fernaldo: Except for what?

Now someone is hiding something. Maybe I should listen to Tranx..... but I need to know what she is hiding.

Jance: Zetameda...... What are you hiding?

Zetameda: Nothing important.

Fernaldo: *whispers to me and Sandv* She is always like this.

Jance: I know when someone is hiding something and I tend to find out what.

Zetameda: Was that a threat?

Sandv: Guys please don't fight.....

I almost forgot. If one of us beats up the other so bad that blood comes out of a lip or cheekbone, Sandv will puke.

Jance: No. I'm just stating the facts.

Fernaldo: Oh no. Zetameda.......please?.......don't.......

Zetameda: You ain't worth my time anyways....

Sandv: So.....I got an idea of where we are.....

Fernaldo: Where are we?

Sandv: You know how both of the machines look just like generators?

Jance: What are you getting at?

Sandv: I'm saying that the machines probably looked exactly alike.

Fernaldo: Ya. So?

Sandv: The machine that I looked at looked like it could cause a rip in space. Which means we could be anywhere in the whole entire universe.

I am very lost on what she is saying right now.

Jance: But how can two machines that look alike be activated at the same time?

Sandv: There is a possibility that we could be on another planet.

Zetameda: How can there be two replicas? Actually here's a better question. Do you know of the new lab in Delaware?

Jance: There has been a lab there and we were at it.

Sandv: Then that could only mean one thing, we are from different planets and this might be a planet between our worlds.

Fernaldo: How do you know that?

Sandv pointed at two planets in the sky that looked just like ours, but they kind of seam faded when we see it from this planet.

Zetameda: So it is. Let's just get out of here before something bad happens....

Jance: What do you mean?

Zetameda: Just trust me.....
