Chapter 6

*Ava POV*

I woke up to a text.

From: Walker🙈
Good morning bae

WHOAH he called me bae. OH MY GOD. I decided to text him back and tell him about last night when I got home.

To: Walker🙈
Right back atcha'😉 Last night Jack figured out I was with you.

From: Walker🙈
Holy frick is he pissed

To: Walker🙈
Surprisingly he isn't but I think it's an act😂 come over and see

From: Walker🙈
I'll be there in 2 minutes.

I quickly slid on a pair of gray sweatpants from PINK, slid my hair into a bun, and brushed my teeth. I ran down the stairs as soon as I was done and popped a strawberry pop tart into the toaster and sat next to jack.

"You're sure you're not mad?" I nudged him with my elbow.

"Yeah, do what you want. I'm just warning you though."

"Warning me for-"

*ding dong*

I ran to the door and saw Walker standing there with his hands in his sweatpants pockets. As soon as he saw me he smiled and gave me a kiss on the cheek.

"Hey." He said and walked past me.

I stood facing the door and whispered a small "hey" before turning around and following him into the kitchen.

"I see you found my poptart." I said and crossed my arms at the door frame.

"Oh well." Walker shrugged and began talking to jack.

They start talking about sports or whatever so I leave and go on younow. I say I live a lot of people and follow instagram/twitter accounts. I sign off after 40 minutes and head up to my room so I can Skype Ari.

"Hey!" She answers.

"Hi!" I answer back.

"What's up?" She asks.

"Eh nothing, Walker and Jack are downstairs and I just got off of younow. What about you?" I ask.

"Karen just left after lecturing me about my upcoming tour dates and stuff, my moms out of town, and I have no friends." She laughs.

"Same." I smile.

"So Walker?" She wiggles her eyebrows.

I quickly stand up, check for people outside my door and close it behind me. "How did you know?!" I whisper/yelled.

She shrugs "you're my best friend, I know everything about you; but you also blushed ALOT when you said his name."

"Oh." I laugh and push the hair in my face behind my ear. "What do you think?"

"I ship it! #wava for life man." She said and held up the west side sign.

I laughed "at first jack told me I couldn't hang out with him but last night, he caught us sneaking around and decided that it was okay with him."

"Yay!" She clapped "does jack still hate me?"

"Yup" I said and popped the p.

She groaned "I was in 6th grade!"

"Sorry, he's crazy."

"Eh whatever."

We spent the next hour taking about random things until the subject do Walker was brought up again.
