vrushan - love under ties...

the much awaited news!

Ever since they came back for Gujrat, everything was pretty much normal, or rather plebeian.
Soon after they got back, they got submurged into the sea of all kinds of work and commitments. It felt as if, in a blink if an eye they had just disappeared into their respective worlds.

Maccy was busy with the rehearsals of an upcoming event, Sam had started designing for a new contract, Shantanu was quite preoccupied with the the new show, that he had been hosting recently.
And as for Vrushy, she had been swamped the most amongst them all, for she had started shooting for a new web series and for that she had been doing a lot of travelling, as the shoot had been situated in Pune.

Everyone was busy in their lives and they barely used to have time left in their busy schedule to accommodate their passion or friendship. But none of them complained about it, as they were all aware of the that this was a temporary phrase, and as every other one, it was bound to pass on. But what actually became their companion in this time was their dedication and sincerity towards their work.

After about two months, Shan's show got wrapped up and he finally got some free time to be at home and enjoy. Though it felt like a great idea to not take up any commitments for the time being,  and relax a bit in home, enjoying his time,in reality he seemed far away from doing anything related to enjoyment, the reason behind this was not surprising at all, also. It so happened that, Vrushy was still occupied with some of her work, and so he was left all alone in the company of no one except for Sheru.

It was almost evening and Shan was busy doing some household chores, like all the other days recently, he had engrossed himself into the work in hand. After a while, when he finally finished his work, he took out his phone to see the time, but he saw that the battery had died, so he went into his room to put it on charge. But as soon as he turned towards his destination, suddenly the door bell rang.

He came back to the hall and opened the door only to be greeted by Kunwar and Charlie.
They both smiled at him and he greeted them inside. As they came inside Kunwar engulfed him in a brotherly hug and Charlie just patted him on the shoulder, and congratulated him upon the success of his new show.

Kunwar: kaisa hai tu, bhai.

Shan: Mai toh thik hu, tu apni bata.

Kunwar: as you can see I'm all fit and fine,dude.

Charlie: Shantanu yeh Ghar toh kitna accha hai, no wonder tumlogo ko yahan ane ki into jaldi thi, anyone will be egar to live here.

Kunwar: arre, Charlie excitement toh naye Ghar se zyada, Vrushy ke sath rahene ki wajah se thi, hai na Shantanu.

Shan: Aisa kuch bhi nahi hai. Bas ana that yahan toh agaye.

Kunwar: woh toh dikh hi Raha hai.

After a while, when they had started chatting, the bell rang again. Charlie got up to aid the door this time, only to reveal Amar, Archie and Alisha standing behind it.
They came inside and greeted the others,and started chatting. Everyone was happy and pleased to meet the others after such a long time, they began to talk about the golden days of the past as well as the new ammendments that had occurred in their lives in recent times. Everyone was busy in their reminiscing so much that Shan's sad eyes failed to catch their attention.

He was no doubt happy, that they were all together after such a long time,but he couldn't help the thought that slayed his mind now. This was the first time when Vrushy was not present for a get together. And he couldn't help but notice that the reunion seemed incomplete without her presence. She had always been there, jumping with excitement whenever they gathered together,she would happily chirp around the place, and talk to each one of them, then she would would sing in her high pitched tone with Sam and dance with the girls on some new tracks.
