Today was the day I become an official serpent and im so nervous. I get out of bed put on a black leather skirt with a crop top and high thigh boots and my serpent jacket. Toni told be its better to have the jacket on so no one with mess with me. "Morining betts" says aunt Gladys. "Morning" I replaid as I sit down for breakfast. "That jacket looks good on you" she says setting my food in front of me. "I Know" I say with a small giggle. After I finish eating I get up "im have to get going Toni's waiting for me" I told her as she kissed my check "don't forget today Sweet Pea os giving you your motorcycle and Toni's giving you your tattoo after you do the dance" she said and I just sigh at the fact that im going to strip in front of everyone that is at the wyrm. "K" I say as I walk outside and see the one and only jughead jones aka my neighbor. "You need a ride to school" he say gesturing to his bike. "Sure why not" I said sitting behind him. "Hold on tight Liz" he said putting one helmet on while I put on the other then a wrap my arms around his waist as we drive off. Im used to being on a motorcycle I have owned one that I fixed up and cleaned until my parents found out and sold it.

We arrived at tge school I got off his bike and took off tge helmet. "Thanks for the ride" I said handing him the helmet. "No problem Liz" he said. I like my new nickname I finally get a break from B, Betts, and Betty.

(At lunch)

I was walking towards the serpents table with Toni when a Ghoulie comes up to us. "And who might this pretty blonde be" he said looking at me. "Oh me in not interested" I said sarcastically then trying to walk past him when he grabs my waist "you better watch yoir mouth if you don't wanna get killed" he says I back up and snapped at him "No you better get the hell away from me" I snapped balling my fist untill there was blood dripping down my wrist. "Or what he said" he snapped at me. At that moment I felt all tgis anger and rage I just snapped and I punched him hard really hard because he fell on the floor and became unconscious. I quickly dust myself and gead to the table. "Damn now I know not to fuck with you" said Fangs I luaghed at his comment some still in shock of what just happened. "Dude, your hand is bleeding" said Toni. I open my hands and notice cuts on my palms therr deep and are definitely are going to scare. I grab a napkin and clean my wrist and palm is clean but still bleeding. "Don't worry I always get those" I whisper but apparently not quite enough "get what " Jughead questions which brings attention to me luckily it was just the 6 of us on the table. I raise my palms and show them the scares "that doesn't hurt" Sweet Pea ask holding my hand to see it clear. "I got used to the pain" I said looking down because I was uncomfortable showing them such an imperfection but then I remeber that im not that no more, I'm not the prefect girl next door. Joaquin notices im uncomfortable and changes the subject. "You ready for tonight" he says knowing its not so weird when he says it because he's gay. "Not really im just nervous thats all"I say shrugging my shoulders "atleast you get your first bike today" Fangs says. "Second" I correct him "what" he says confused of what I said and why is said it "its going to be my second bike I ever owned" I told them and almost everyone looked shocked. "How" asked Toni. "When I lived on the Northside me and my other gay bestfriend Kevin went to a junk yard and stoled the bike I fixed it and cleaned it" I told god I missed kevin we always did fun stuff. "3 questions here" said Jughead "1, are you a mechanic? 2,who's Kevin and 3, what happened to it" He added I sighed " 1,Yes I know how to work with car, trucks, motorcycles 2, Kevin is this really fun kid that I knew scince we were 5 even if he's the sheriffs son we did alot of illegal things like stealing vehicles, breaking into houses that were old and no one lives in of course I'm also gonna meet up with him tomorrow oh and 3, when my mom found out about the bike she sold it" I sighed again "how many more suprises do you have" Sweet Pea asked. We all laughed.

I was in my last period juat waiting for the bell to ring. When it did I meet Toni in the hall "Don't worry about the dance you'll do great" it was like she read my mind cause thats all I could think about. "Thanks" I replied with a small smile "any time also the boys are outside waiting for us" she said pointing to the school doors. When he walked out I see the same boy I punched "nice face" I told him trying not to die of laughter "fuck off" he said walking away. Me and Toni laughed until we meet the boys. "Whats so funny" Fangs asked "nothing" Toni said calming down. "Ready to go" SP asked both of us. "Um yeah" I said. "Here" Jughead threw the extra helmet from the morning and I catched it and hoped on after him.
