Chapter 2- The rest of McDonald's

We stood there hugging for about 5 more minutes. We were interrupted by the worker clearing her throat...
Colby looked into my eyes,then smiled at me again... I noticed that the worker's name was Mikayla, hmmmm odd spelling... Colby must have noticed too because he laughed when he looked at me again... We pulled away slowly and Mikayla cleared her throat again... Sam kinda smiled at me and Colby , then said, "Lets go get some food. I'm starving!" Colby laughed and at the same time as me, said , " Yeah me, too...! " . We went inside and while we were getting ready to order, Colby grabbed my hand and squeezed it. I didn't know what to say so we just stood there until it was time to order. When we got up to the register Mikayla saw that he was holding my hand, she kinda grunted a bit.... I was taken aback, and quite frankly shocked. Like yeah, I know, Colby fucking Brock was holding my hand.... I looked at her, then looked down at our hands, I smiled at the mere thought of us together... Colby smiled too and I wondered if he was thinking the same thing.....

Colby's pov

I was holding the hand of a beautiful girl.... I couldn't help but think about us...  I smiled at her... At us... Mikayla cleared her throat again.. I was thinking, damn what a bitch .... "Ba-Bekka, you ready?" On mah fuck, I almost called her babe..... "Yeah... I want a cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, and pickles only... And a medium fry, honey mustard for the sauce... And a medium sweet tea..." She said so normally, like she was so comfortable holding my hand as I was hers.... Wow.... "HhhHhuh..." Said the bitch... "And Colby, what would you like honey... ?" I lost it right there... " For you to not call me that.... And also I'll have what Bekka's having but with 2 cheeseburgers. " Mikayla looked deeply offended... I didn't care... Bekka laughed... "Okay.... I'll have your orders out in a second.... " Mikayla said still clearly offended... "Orders ? Like 2 orders?" I said, and Mikayla nodded... "Um. No. I. Am. Paying. For. Both. Of. Us. Do. You. Understand. The. Words. Coming. Out. Of. My. Mouth???" I said real slow for the dummy... "Yeah sorry..." " And how much is it? " "That'll be 7 dollars.. Even...." I gave her the money and we went and sat down while Sam ordered... Bekka sat beside me in the booth... Still holding hands. I think i really like her....

Bekka's pov

We were still holding hands, and I really liked it.... It was the most comfortable I'd been in a while..... He had warm hands. I liked that...

Colby's pov

She had really warm hands.... Cute....
We were just sitting there holding hands and smiling when Mikayla said my name very loudly.... "I'll go get the food Bekka... " I said kinda not wanting to let go. She smiled as I got up and went to the counter for the food as Sam was chatting with Kat (his gf) on the phone.. I heard him say that he thought I had found the girl. And I thought to myself, maybe I did... Mikayla handed me our food. I got back to the table and sat back down beside Bekka.

Bekka's pov

When he got back to the table he had a smile on his face, " Why so smiley? " I asked him playfully. "Oh, nothing, I just really like you..."

Colby's pov

Did I just say what I think I said???? Well I mean, at least it's true.... "Oh, really ? I like you, too.... " and she smiled.... Crisis averted... Bekka opened her bag of food and cursed quietly.. "What the fuck...?" " What's wrong? " I said, "That bitch, she did this on purpose....!!! " Before I could answer, she said, "She literally gave me a bun with ketchup,mustard, and pickles only.... Like no meat...." I immediately got up and ran to the cash resisters... "What the fuck Mikayla??? You think you can be a smart ass?" She just smiled at me... Sam was like, "Dude, what's wrong? Kat I'll call you later... Colby's pissed and I don't know why... K , love you too. Bye... ," he hung up and I told him what happened. "What the hell ? " was all he said...

Bekka's pov

I heard them fussing at Mikayla, so i went up there... Colby was asking for a manager and Sam was trying to calm Colby down. "Where is your boss??? I want to talk to them! Right. Now. " Colby said furiously. Then a few seconds of yelling back and forth later, the manager comes out here. He was all like,
"Mikayla! What's going on??? " his name was John. This was when I stepped up and tried to start talking, but Mikayla SMACKED me!!! That's when Colby lost it!

Colby's pov

She smacked Bekka! Oh Hell nah! "I'm calling the police! This is not appropriate for an employee to assault a customer! " I turned to Bekka, who was now crying, "Are you okay?!?! " "I'm fine, but she won't be!" Bekka then lunged for Mikayla... I grabbed her and held her back. "Just give us our money back and we'll leave..." I was trying to get out of there before someone got their ass beat... The manager was like, "Okay what was the total?" Bekka was furious but she got still in my arms, she turned around and I just held her. "It was seven dollars.... " He opened the cash drawer and pulled out a five and 2 ones then handed them to me... I put them in my pocket and Sam told them to not even worry about his money, he just wanted to leave. When we walked outside I asked Bekka, "Do you want us to call an uber or are we riding with you?"

Bekka's pov

"With me.." Was all I said.
