I took a deep breath looking at the plan b pill in my hand.I had a glass of water on the night stand prepared to take it.I got Chris to get me one,he didn't know that August ain want me taking them.
My door busted open and I looked like a deer caught in head lights as August had a look of rage on his face.I quickly put the pill in my mouth reaching for the cup but August smacked the cup out my hand as it hit the wall and he held me down opening my mouth as he got the pill out.
"What the fuck are you doin?I told your ass not to take the pill,but you go behind my back and ask Chris after I told you not ta"He said and his accent was coming out strong.Sound bout country as I don't know what.
"It's my body August,you don't get to decide what I do with it!"I said walking behind him as he put the pills in the toilet flushing them."What's so wrong about you carrying my seed?!"
"Why do you want me carryin your seed so damn bad, hm tell me August te-."
"Cus I love you damn!"
I was about to reply back but we both turned our heads to Chris who was chuckling."This some good ass weed,got me hearing shit I need to stop smoking this stuff,got me seein an hearin things."He said putting the blunt out and leaving it on the table.
"No one told you to love me,and you dont love me you love the thought of me."I corrected him and he shook his head.
"Don't you think I know that,a nigga ain stupid Onika I knew we couldn't be together cus you was with the Feds!"
"So you kidnap me as a solution to your problem?"I asked crossing my arms.
"That's stupid,and ill be damned to carry your seed,what do you really have going for yourself,besides running from the feds and shooting up traps,what are you really doing with your life?A baby can nor be raised in this environment August!"
"Sike I lied im addicted I can't stop."Chris said as he grabbed his blunt again.
"You know what you right,you always right Onika,yuh been right from da jump."He said nodding his head as he went back up the stairs and I followed him confused seeing him pack my things.
"W-what are you doing?"
"Giving you what you want,you dont belong here,I can't force you to love me,ain this what you wanted?!"He asked as he kept bagging my stuff up and I tried to pull the bag out his hand.
"Im not going anywhere!"
"Your going home,ain you happy?!"He asked.
"No I want you,I don't want to be alone."I tried to tell him and he shook his head pushing me away.
"You don't need me in yo life yoy made that very clear, a nigga ain no good fuh you."He said and I felt dumb for saying what I said.
"August I didn't mean it,please don't make me go."
"You got to go."He said as he grabbed bags putting them in the hallway.
"So your just gonna give up like that?Give up on whatever the hell this is?!"I asked him.
"I ain givin up,im man enough to let go instead of trying to make sumn that ain even there work!"
"I like you,I have feelings for you,I never told anyone that before,I hated you but I have feelings now August don't let go so quick!"
"You have to go,yo Chris come get her!"He said and I became upset.
"No,im not going!"
"Come on Onika let's go."Chris said as August turned his back to us walking away as Chris grabbed mt arm but I snatched it away.
"You know what,I may not ever experienced love in a relationship,but what I know about love is that if you love some one enough you would stay and fight until it was right!"
"You wrong Onika,if you truly love the person you would let them go."He said walking to his room and I became upset and angry.
"For whatr reason are you letting go though?With your wanna be Shakespeare poetic ass,that's okay I'm gonna pop that pussy for a real nigga!"I said as he slammed his door shut and locked it.
I cried realising I lost him so quickly.I didn't mean to say all those things.I didn't mean to hurt him.I didn't mean any of it."C'mon Onika let's go."
"I didn't mean it Chris,I ain mean any of it."I said shaking my head.
"Which part,the pussy popping part,or the you ain got nothing going for yourself part?"And I mugged him.
"My fault,but look aight,that nigga ain being serious,he gonna want you back in like a couple of weeks."Chris said shrugging his shoulders.
"No hes done with me Chris,it's obvious he wants us to go our seperate ways."I said knowing the reality of what was going on.
"Take me home."I told him and he looked at me before nodding his head as he got my bags and began going out side.I searched for pen and papers.I clicked the pen and begab writing onto the paper as it broke my heart to write my honest emotions on everything.This was the final goodbye I thought.His door opened again and I held the paper behind my back as he walked up to me wiping the tears from my face as he unlocked the necklace from around my neck.I touched my neck finally feeling it and August stared down at me as I looked into his eyes searching for something but all I saw was pain.He tilted my head back as I rose on my feet to reach his height and our lips connected and I felt him back me up against the wall I felt his tounge swipe across my bottom lip asking for entrance and I excepted as my hand went in his hair gripping it as he kissed me with love and pain."Bye August."I said as we pulled away to catch our breaths and I could feel him poking against my hip.I grabbed his hand putting the paper in his hand and he gripped the paper.
"Bye Onika."He said and I turned away so he wouldn't see the tears come down my face again.I sniffled as my heart ached and I wiped my face going to Chris's car as he sat in the driver's seat.
I opened my door and I looked up seeing August at the window.As he watched me before shaking his head as he moved from the window closing the curtains.I got into the car closing the door.
