I looked at my husband and he sighed.
"She'll thank me later."
"Thank you? She'll hate you. You took away the other half of her soul. I can't believe you did that."
"So your okay with her being with your nephew?!"
"If they're mates I'm fine with it! You can't chose who your mate is!"
"I know that."
I stepped back from him and said "I'm pissed off right now. She needs her mate and you know it. Just like you need me she needs him."
I went upstairs to check on my daughter. Susane got the same idea and went to check on Darek. We looked at each other and nodded. We had a plan forming. But first we needed to check on our children. I knocked and walked into her room.
"Rue. Honey?"
"Go away mom."
I sat on the bed next to her and rubbed her back.
"I don't agree with your father Rue. What he did is-."
"He took my mate away from me mom. I won't ever forgive him."
"I'm pissed at your father too."
She sat up and said "We should have mated. That way this wouldn't have happened."
I wiped her tears away from her face and said "Hey...come with me."
She stood up and we left her room. She already looked depressed. I couldn't imagane what Darek looked like right now. I sighed and said nothing. We went to Darek's room and just walked in.
"Darek?"
I looked at Susane and she pointed to underneath the bed. I got on my knees and said "Darek come on out honey."
He wimpered and I sighed. I looked at Rue and waved her over. She sat next to us and I said "Rue is here hon. Come on."
Rue looked under the bed and crawled under with him.
"Dariek...come on baby. It's dirty under here."
A minute later they crawled out and they sat on his bed. I watched those two closely and smiled. They really were a cute couple. They curled up together and I said nothing. Susane pulled me to the door and we left.
"Let's go. I'm sure they don't want an audience."
I nodded and walked away downstairs. I sat at the island and my husband walked in.
"Hey-."
"I'm still mad at you."
"Okay."
I got a cup of coffee and said nothing. He went to the back yard and I looked at Susane.
"What do you think they're doing?"
"Praying that they don't get caught."
She chuckled and said "Maybe."
I sat back and we talked. I missed my sister and was happy that she would be staying with us. Not happy on how it happened but happy all the same.
Rue
I curled up on his bed and he kissed me. I moaned and he stratled me. I looked up at him and he said "Oh Rue."
I smiled and said "Darek...I'm ready."
He looked at me and smiled. I kissed him and pulled him down on me. He moaned and pulled back so he could take off his sweatpants. I undressed and looked at him.
