daniels pov:
a few weeks later
its been a few weeks since i was in the hospital and now im back and very happy. everything was going perfect for me.
friends. family . school . grades. corbyn.. but the bullies still bully me but i try not to let that affect me.
i got this notification from jonah.. i didn't want to to reply so i just left him on read. he was asking if i could come over after school but im scared to though.
after that i got dressed for school. and i went downstairs to get breakfast just a granola bar and said bye to my parents. then i walked out to see corbyn in the car honking.
"hey! what are you doing here?" i look at him smiling but with confusion
"well i was wondering if you'd like me to take you to school?" he smiles at me unlocking his door
"sure!thanks"i get inside and smile
"anytime pretty boy" he smiles at me as he starts the car
prettyboy? never heard him call me that before but i like it.
i look down at my phone as i got another notification from jonah..i whimper a bit and corbyn notices
"what's wrong? why are you sad?" he asks pouting at me
"oh nothing, my dog just died so im sad" really?! why did i say that? im so dumb. im not even smart enough wow
"you had a dog?" he asks
"yeah but i didn't feel comfortable talking about her around people cause she had health issues." i say trying not to hesitate
great he actually believed me!
"aww im sorry about that, im always here if you need anything"
"thanks" i smile nervously
as we pulled up to the school i grabbed my backpack and ran out the car door, i honestly wasn't feeling it today.
"wait dan-" i hear corbyn call out but i ignored him..
i felt an arm grab me i turn arounf and see tall brunette giving me a death stare.
"l-let me go.." i beg calmly trying not to look at him
"answer me right now" jonah says very strictly
"n-" before i could finish i see corbyn running up to me
3rd persons pov
"leave him alone!" as corbyn was running up to daniel and jonah
"no one asked you" jonah says angrily
"you idiot!just leave him! he doesn't time for your mess!" corbyn kicks jonah harshly and grabs daniels arm and walks to class
daniels pov
wow ive never seen corbyn this way.
as we both sat down waiting for the teacher
corbyn looks at me with a disappointed face
"dani?"
"y-yes?"
"did your dog really die or you just never had a dog?"
ugh i have to tell him the truth i guess. i mean he probably knows im lying
"b-both" i look down with guilt
"why didn't you just tell me the truth?"
"about jonah?"
"mhm"
"i didn't want to scare you.."
"i would never be scared , ill always protect you dani. don't ever be afraid to tell someone your feelings" he smiles weakly at me
"im sorry" i look at him
"it's ok im not mad im just disappointed."
i nod.
i want to be corbyns already. he has everything. his looks. he has his own apartment which me at 19 i can't even afford. he has great friends just everything
skip to lunch
"hey corbs?"
"yes dani?"
"is it ok if i talk to zach and jack about the problem just us..alone.?" i felt bad that i had to leave him out but it's also because i want to talk to them about corbyn.
"oh of course cutie!" he smiles at me
"thanks your the best" i smile and kiss his cheek
we both blushed and said goodbye
as i got my lunch i went to search for zach and jack. i couldn't find them though so i walked through the walls and then i heard something come from the janitors closet. i stepped closer to the door
"ugh daddy" is all i could hear. and it sounded like zach
oh no my best friends are really doing this wow i-
i knocked on the door and i can hear them freaking out
jack finally opened the door
"oh phew im so g- i mean hey dani " he smiles at me innocently
"you think i cant hear?" i giggle a bit
"oops?"
"sorry i got hard easily ok?" zach looks at me
"anyways..what do you need?"
"i need to talk to you both like now" i said walking in
"about?"
"um jonah and corbyn" i started to get nervous
i told them the story about jonah and they both said that they would protect me for the night. well hopefully jonah forgets about it.
as i start to talk about corbyn my face started to light up.
"his beautiful eyes. his personality. his hair. everything about this boy is perfect.." i kept on rambling about corbyn blah blah
"...he can actually fu-" jack stands up and grabs my arm
"ok that's enough" he giggles nervously
"now get to the point, you've been rambling about this boy almost for the rest of lunch now we only have five minutes left"
"oops" i blush
"anyways..um i like him, like like him" i look down smiling
"you should tell him how you feel" zach says
"i mean after all you guys have been very close to each other and very lovey doves lately" the bell rings and zach gets up
"well i see you guys later" zach smiles and kisses jack's cheek and goes to class
"what do i do? im scared to tell him"i look at jack
"we'll talk about this later, now let's get to class" jack gets up and grabs my arm and runs to class
as we get to class me and jack sit beside each other
i could see someone similar so i looked around the room and see corbyn. this is the first ive seen him in a while this whole day
i get up without any hesitation and sit beside corbyn
"wow ok" jack whispers and giggles
as i sit beside corbyn he whispers in my ear telling me to him at his place dressed up nicely.
i just left him with a nod
skip to the end of the day
i walk towards corbyn's car and i see him and christina kissing
oh i forgot he had a girlfriend...
i sighed and began to walk away but i did see him not feeling it though but i left anyways
corbyn opened his eyes to see me and he got upset.
as i was walking i get pulled into a car
"please tell me your corbyn,jack or zach" i whispers and look down
"nope" the boy lifts my chin
"no let me out!" i scream in fear
"DANIEL!" jonah yells at me
"please just let me explain.."
"fine but you only get one chance" i cross my arms
"thank you " he sighs in relief
"im sorry, i really am, im sorry i wasnt the friend you thought i was. i have been having a hard time with my girlfriend too so i didn't have control or know about my actions. i know you like corbyn and i want to help" he starts explaining
i should just forgive this dude and move on so my life can be great again
i sigh
i see corbyn looking and running around and he walks up to the car me and jonah are in
"leave him alone! have you not learned anything! you should know better!" corbyn pulls me out of the car and jonah just let this happen
"corbyn..i uh need to go to jack's house to get ready for tonight "i smile at him i didn't want to tell him about jonah i mean he does hate Jonah's guts so..
"oh ok but can i just say something first?" he pleaded me
"m-maybe later..go with your girlfriend" i mumbled the last part
"what was that last part?" he looks at me in confusion
"n-nothing...see you " i run off home
i walk inside my house and told my mom i was going to jack's house and out with corbyn. when i said corbyn she lit up. she knew corbyn made me happy. so if we dated she would approve. and i mean corbyn does treat my whole family great like his own since his family isn't there for him that much..anymore..
i got my clothes for tonight and get to jack's house
"hey dani!" jack looks at me smiling
"hi, where's zach?" i ask him looking around
"he couldn't make it" he says sadly
ill worry about that later.
"anyways get ready you pretty boy!" he pushes me into his room
"ok ok!" i giggle
i got changed
"how do i look?"
"fabulous " he smiles
"yay" we both giggle
"have fun!" he pushes me out the door
wow he's excited for me idk why but ok.
i see corbyn's car and get in
"hey handsome" he smiles
"h-hi" i stutter and blush
he drives me to the park
"we're here" he parks the car and gets out
i smile big in excitement
i get out aswell
he holds my hand and takes me to this set up. with a picnic and some lights
"y-you did this?" i look around
"yes i did" he smiles
"for me?"
he nods and kisses my cheek
we both sat down. and it was peaceful and beautiful
no one else was there. just us two
we both stare at each other smiling and ate and talked about lots of things
corbyn got a text i don't know who from so i asked
"who was that?"
"n-no one.."
"you can tell me "

"oh" i say with a sad look on my face
i forgot about her again..
"dani?"
"yes?" i look at him
"i-i broke up with her...she's trying to get me back" he says confidently
"I-I" i didn't know what to say
"i want you" he grabs my hand gently
"i want you too" i smile at him
he pulled my head to his chest and smiled
"did you know that this is our first official date?" he smiled and giggled
i nod smiling big
"Your adorable " he kisses my cheek and we both cuddled for the rest of the night
