Hajimete no Tomodachi [Takeshi's POV]

Hi! The name's Yamamoto Takeshi and here's My Story..

My story begins when I was 4.. Being a Baseball Fanatic and a helping companions, such as friends. I consider them as my friends when all of the sudden.. They.. Betrayed me. They told me that Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis and many more games are better than Baseball. I didn't listen to them and so they kept their distance away from me, finding new friends.. Forgetting Baseball, Me. And since that faithful day happened, I also kept my distance away from everyone.. Avoiding anymore betrayals and traitors.

Till, One Day, My birthday came. There's this Namimori Park near our Takesushi Resturant. Pops allowed me to play there but also told me to find friends as well, since I haven't smile that much. I did listen to the first part but the second part..? I erased that. I don't want to feel the same pain as for before. And now, here I am alone playing my favorite game, BASEBALL. I don't care if someone confronted me.. All I care is that---

"That's a Baseball, right..?" a mysterious voice said from my behind. This must be a girl since it's voice were delicate and sweet.. IGNORE. I heard her fumed and asked again "That's a Baseball, right..? Who're you with..? Are you alone..?" "Leave me alone.." I harshly replied to her. I think I'll regret that. "Playing alone is sad.. And I don't see you as that type of person either.." she said and patted my back. I turned and suddenly been mesmerized to a sea blue orbs of hers. She has a cute orange hair that waves perfectly to her looks. Her smiles were filled with hopes and determination.

"May I play with you..?" she said and handed her hand to me. I took it and it's so SOFT~ Not only she's cute but she's not going to give up to something that'll surely pull her down.. I'm sure of it~ "But..!" she suddenly smiled again. I became blank but she suddenly continued "The name's Takanashi Manaka~ Yours..?" "Ta.. Yama.. Yamamoto.. Ta-Takeshi.." I shyingly replied. And that begins everything...

At first, I though I could only encounter her at the park and well, I was WRONG. She's my kindergarden classmate and she's very kind to others. I just couldn't notice her because I was BEFORE a loner. She's somewhat radiants through day and rain. "Nee~ Nee~ Yamamoto-kun.." she sweetly hummed as she skipped her steps. I looked at her with a blank face. She then smiled and said "I wonder how cute you look like when you smile~" "E-eeehhhh~!?" I said and rapidly blushed. She giggled to my reaction and sweetly chirped "I can't believe you're like this~" "Wh-why is that..?" I nonchalantly asked to her.

She then looked at me and sweetly replied "Because you look so glummy and out of life when I first glanced at you but right now, I see you full of life and an outgoing one~!!". *Drip* *Drop* "Hu-huh..? Ame..?!" I suddenly exclaimed at little dew drops of water fell from the sky. For what I thought the rain might wet us, a blue umbrella blocked it. I turned to the user of the umbrella just to see her holding it.
