Jennie's POV

I sneaked myself just to get to this café that Taehyung said we'll meet up, he said that one of his friends recommended it so it would be safe and not much people knows about the place.

When I entered the café the aroma of the coffee's so enticing added with the smooth, rich scent of roasted beans. The invigorating odor made me remember the times when we were in a vacation in Thailand with my family. I wonder why I haven't visited coffee shops that often I think I'm gonna visit this place often it looks nice, the place has this vintage and modern take in it and it's just 10 minutes away from my condo!! What a steal

I went to the counter to order coffee the cashier/barista looks pretty her nameplate says Seulgi I told her that I'll have their best seller, she smiled warmly and told me that they will just call me when the drink's ready

As I was looking for a place to sit I heard the door opened and looked at it I froze at my spot. I didn't know what to do I wanted to hug him and cry because I miss him but I just smiled and gestured him to come sit with me.

He smiled and walked towards me

"J! I missed you" he hugged me

"I-I missed you too" I said preventing my voice to crack while hugging him back

I don't know what to say it's starting to get awkward now when..

"Drink for Jen at the bar"

Luckily my name was called. Oh thank you whoever you are I'm gonna love you for the rest of my life

"I'll just get that tae, do you want me to order you something?" I asked him

"Uh no it's okay, I'll just order later" he said and smiled gesturing me to go get my drink

I missed this, I missed hanging out with him but I need to act chill.

I was walking towards the counter I saw a tall orange haired girl, with eyes that are so enticing, she's like a barbie doll, a live one, she's gorgeous to be exact. We looked at each other's eyes for like a minute, I swear everything stopped and I felt something weird so I broke the staring contest to look at the cup she's holding which is I think is mine. When I returned my gaze at her I saw her smiling like an idiot, ugh. She doesn't have a name plate but she's behind the counter so maybe she's just a new barista or trainee? Ugh annoying. Do you believe in annoyed at first sight? Cause I do now.

After a minute of her spacing out I got really annoyed and waved at her face and asked her to give me my drink.

She just smiled stupidly and handed my drink. I couldn't hear whatever she's saying cause I don't feel like hearing it (okay she can do that, she's Jennie Kim) so I just rolled my eyes and went back to our table. A N N O Y I N G

It was nice talking and hanging out with tae it's like nothing's changed like nothing happened we just updated our lives with each other I couldn't contain my happiness that I haven't realized the tears falling from my eyes. He hugged me I told him I was still really sorry for what happened and he assured me that he's okay now and that he's happy and he would like me to meet someone soon, someone that is very close to his heart and someone who made him realize a lot of things about him. I just smiled at him and hugged him again. We both stayed in the café not minding the hours passed by and before we bid our goodbyes

"Hey Tae, keep in touch okay?" I said while going in for a hug

"Of course J! I'll annoy you from now on" he said looking at me laughing and hugged me back

He asked me if I needed a ride but I told him that I'm just 10 minutes away and that I wanted to walk he nodded and left after a minute of me convincing him that I really want to walk home.

Today's a long day. I thought to myself a beautiful day. I inhaled and exhaled. It's like a big thorn was removed from my chest and I felt relieved.

I was about to walk home when suddenly it started pouring

WHAT THE FUCK where did it come from?! I know it's from the sky but it was sunny the whole day uhh

I sat at one of the café's chairs outside waiting for the damn rain to stop but I think it won't!

Suddenly I heard the door of the café opened revealing the annoying girl a while ago, she looked at me I felt my heart skipped a beat, probably out of irritation yeah it is probably that. I mean what else could it be, right?

Just to my luck she sat at the other chair right beside me making us one table apart.

Wow can this moment get any worse?!

AND YET AGAIN the annoying girl lit a cigarette

A FREAKIN CIGARETTE

I was inhaling all of the secondhand smoke from her.

Alright she looked hot while holding it I'll give you that but I hate people who smoke.

Major turn off

I glared at her

God help me.
