He looked in my eyes and smiled. I was very confused.

"Hi Angel, it's a pleasure to be eating with you." He smirked

"Hi, my name is Jake, welcome to crackle barrel can I offer you two something to drink?"

Matt and I looked at each other than looked at our menus.

"I'll have a Lemonade please." We both said at the same time.

In the corner of my eye I could see Matt staring at me smiling, but I ignored.

"Alright, two lemonades, I'll be back soon with your order."

We both looked at each other at the same time... It felt creepy in my opinion.

"Well since I'm buying you dinner lets get to know each other." He said

"Oh thank god, I thought you were gonna make me pay. And alright sounds good." I smirked

We talked for a few minutes about nothing really that important until he got a bit curious for some reason.

"Soooo are you single?" He blurted without any hesitation.

If I had a drink it would probably all over him right now.

"Um no... I'm kinda new to Virginia and you're really the only person I know... We'll not know but I mean I feel like a hobo for Pete's sake." I frowned

He didn't say anything he just looked down.

"Here are your two lemonades, now are you ready to order?" He smiled.

"I'll have a waffle with extra syrup." Matt ordered even though it was probably 9 PM.

"And for you my lady?" He winked.

"Is something in your eye?" I asked

Matt chuckled

"No... Nothing at all" he scowled

"Oh okay... I would like a Cesar salad please."

The waiter turned around and walked away.

"So you're one of those girls?" Matt asked.

"What girls?" I hissed.

"You know, the ones that only eat good stuff when they are out with an attractive guy, like myself and not something you would choose to eat if you were alone." he grinned thinking he knew everything about women

"Well actually that's wrong. I quite enjoy salad and I will eat it wether you're here or not." I jumped back at him.

"Okay okay sorry jeez." He put his hands up like he's been caught by the police.

The waiter returns.

"Here is your waffle with extra syrup for the man. And here is a perfectly made Cesar salad for the charming lady, whose name is?" He grinned.

"Thanks, and Angel." I faked a smile.

"Nice to meet you Angel, have a wonderful meal." He said as he walked away.

"Why wasn't my waffle perfectly made?" Matt said in almost a shouting matter while his nostrils flared.

He was just so perfect, so dreamy, I just can't even. As a common white girl would say.

"Well maybe cause he's not gay?" I chuckled in a joking matter.

"That's offensive, I'm sure you would be great friends with my friend Nash." He frowned.

(A/N I wasn't being rude or trying to be offensive and I love Nash... Oops)

"Sorry I didn't think you would take things so seriously." I glared.

The waiter came back, nearly giving me a heart attack.

"How's your meals?" He asked

"Good thank you." We both said.

He bent down and whispered in my ear.

"Since I gave you dinner why not go out to breakfast with me tomorrow?" He whispered

I was in shock. Never in my life would I ever think this would happen in real life. Like what?

"Um yeah sounds fun." I smiled

He did a justin bieber flip with his medium length chocolate brown hair. He was dreamy too, but between me myself and I, I wanted to go out with Matt.

The waiter hands me a small piece of paper with his number on it than walked away.

"What was that all about?" Matthew asked.

"Oh nothing.. I just have a date with him tomorrow!" I squealed.

His eyes got really big. I didn't know if they were gonna come out of his head or not but I scooted my chair back just in case.

"You can't go with him!" He looked angry.

"Um why not.." I questioned.

"He's a player. He bangs every girl in school. Trust me. It's a trap." He complains.

"He goes, well going to our school?" I screech.

"Yes he does, and considering you were at our "school party" type thing I'm guessing you're going to our school." He said.

"But he doesn't seem like the bad boy type... He seems romantic and such." I whined.

"Well since you're so good at labeling than why don't you label me?" He smirked.

"Hmm.. How about "guy who thinks he knows everything, boasts about yourself, charming, and anger issues." I smiled hoping he wouldn't take all that the wrong way.

He sat there and looked down. Then looked at me.

"I would describe you as sassy, feisty, spoiled and gets everything you want." He scowled.

"Well considering we don't know each other I can assure you I'm nothing like that." I say.

"Well maybe that's what I like about you." He blushed.

We just say there in silence till jake, the waiter came.

"So babe pick you up tomorrow? Just call me and we cal get wild." He winked

I thought I would take matts advice ago.

I stood up with my drink and poured it over his head.

"I'm sure you have another girl outside that's waiting for you, maybe you should take her on a wild adventure." I said as I walked out with confidence of what I just did.
