I woke up to a banging headache it was five o'clock in the morning I had two an a half hour before school started. I quickly dashed down the stairs and got my phone, sprinting back up again I rushed to get my clothes out of the drawer. A grey cardigan, blue dress like top, black tights and white denim shorts with navy compers. I quickly got on kik to see the messages Abby, Emily and Sailor had left me. Sailor and I decided we would skate to school since we're the only ones out of the group who actually skateboarded to school. I messaged them back and Sailor then texted back saying someone would be joining us along the way.

"Get ready! School starts soon lil Rosy xD"
"Awwwww lil Sailah do you need the boat to start XDD..I'm getting dressed now!"
"YAY, oh, btw...Someone will be joining us along the way so just so ya know xD BYE lil roseapop"

I shoved on my clothes and fled downstairs to get some food. Then I hopped on my skateboard an dashed out the door to Sailors house. By the time I got there Sailor got a head start. Like what the hell. Wait....if I'm supposed to be skateboarding to school with someone. Who was it going to be? All of a sudden all I seen was black. I think I fell off my skateboard ince I was near a ramp. I tried getting up but it just hurt too much to even stand. Jake came on his skateboard and saw me in pain
"ROSE! are you okay?" He said worringly
"I-it hur-hurts to move...." I said while nearly close to tears
"Here let me help. You know, last night was fun but you seemed so sad after I left the pool. I seen you. You looked so helpless and I....Nevermind" He picked me up and took me to school. When we got there everyone was looking at us with the 'weird eyes'. Classical move to say that we were in love. As if he just helped me what's so wrong with that? "You can let go now, I'm fine Jake." He replied back slowly "But Rose...You know what? Never-mind" He put me down and when I walked I collapsed to the ground instantly. He grabbed me by the waist and held me close to his chest. Then, he whispered into my ear "Well looks like I'm your body guard for today ha." I hesitated at first but then smiled.
We got into our seats. Sailor was right beside me. So the idiot comes. He came over to me and hugged me tightly. Wow a hug like that will help me and my ankle.
"I'm sorry for leaving you, Rose!"
"Sure you are..It's fine..Anyway there's a picnic this Saturday and you know how I'm really shy..? Will you come please I'll love you forever please please please!"
"Okay okay! I'll go on one condition" I started to get worried of what I had to do for him. He continued on "I want you to hang out with my friend the whole day at the picnic."
"Okay....who's the friend?
"Only time will tell."
"Idiotic much?"
"It' not nice to insult yourself" He said with a cheeky tone.
"Since when did I become you?" I snapped back.
"Ouch, offense taken. You've learned well" He smirked.
I shot him a wink "Only from the best of course."
It was now break-time. I hobbled off outside limping. I layed down on the grass and closed my eyes for a few minutes. The warmth of the sun was relaxing. Something had blocked the warmth getting to me. Quickly looking up Jake was standing there. Wondering what I was doing.
"Get up lazy bones."
"Make me Jake. If I do remember I have a sprained ankle."
"Still Rose, shouldn't need to sit on the grass alone." He scooped me up and sprinted away. "Put me down now Jake!!!! You're such pest.
