WHAT IS MINECRAFT?
Minecraft is a sandbox game about breaking and placing blocks. At first, people built structures to protect against nocturnal monsters, but as the game grew, players began working together to build wonderful, imaginative things. With the Combat Update coming soon, I've decided to start a series of books about Steve's adventure. Download the game at , oh, and watch out for creepers.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
I've come to love playing Minecraft. I didn't get there easily though, because of how often I saw hate for the game. I saw a video on YouTube about Minecraft, and of course said I HAD to have it. I didn't start in Alpha or Beta, because at the time, I didn't know what Minecraft was. I kept asking to have the game, so finally, we bought Minecraft. I got a license for me and my sister to use. XxAwesome_J_xX was the user name, and off I went. At first, I played on my own, acting like a total noob, but soon, I started calling my parents over so they could see what I had created. I had created a castle in the sky, with an obstacle course, and all sorts of things. But I couldn't do it alone. So, my sister got a license for her to use, jb_baby1234 being her user name, and off we went into the digital realm together, fighting monsters, building structures, and dodging creepers. I started playing in version 1.7.5, with the introduction of Minecraft Realms (which I have not played). Minecraft 1.8 being released last year, with the introduction of Ocean Monuments and the Elder Guardians Boss. My sister tried to cover an ocean monument in glass, but it didn't work at all. It took so long.
My sister and I are still playing Minecraft together. My parents have accounts now, xxxWooddawgxxx being my dad's username, and Mombaca being my mom's username. We are hyped up for 1.9, known as the Combat Update. With the introduction of shields, finally. Plus, a new structure, the End City and the End Ship. My account name has changed to Superninja2000 and my sister's account name has changed to DragonGirl03. Look for me out there on the servers. Check me out on YouTube:
DESCRIPTION:
Steve wakes up to find himself in a mysterious place known as the land of Minecraft, apparently on a server. He gets whacked up good by some monsters, but a girl named Alex saves him, and they become friends. Later, Steve and Alex find another girl on their travels, and she joins their group. Now, the three friends must work together to stop the evil Skeleton King from taking over the Overworld. Action-packed exploration, humorous battles, heartwarming friendships, and more await in the first installment of the Minecraft Adventures series!
