Sherlock's Point Of View
After John and Mary's wedding I left the reception and started to walk outside in the garden, I was about to leave when I heard the tiny voice of a little girl come from behind me. I turned around to see a little girl being held within her mothers arms, I couldn't see the mothers face only her back and figure. But the girl looked so much like Clara, I couldn't believe my eyes but I put it down to the fact that I had been thinking of Clara a lot lately.
The girl had blue eyes and had long black and slightly curly black hair, but her facial features reminded me more of Clara than anything. She wore a white dress with a red coat over the top, as well as a bracelet on her wrist and little red boots. I have to admit even for me that the child looked adorable.
However when I tried to look at the mother more I couldn't see, she started to walk away in a different direction. I just stood and watched the mother walk off with her child. The child looked at me and pointed to me, I could see her tiny mouth speak into her mothers ear. I couldn't tell what the child was whispering into its mothers ear, but it seemed to make the mother stop and slightly turn their head in my direction.
I could see one side of the mothers face slightly, I could at least see the tiny tear drops running down her face as she patted the tiny child on the back and held her closer. The mother turned her face back around so that I couldn't see her and started once again to walk away, and as the mother did so the child looked at me once again and waved. I couldn't help but watch once again as the mother walked away with her child, and surprisingly the child watched me with a smile on her face as she was carried away in her mothers eyes.

Mycroft's Point Of View
I was sat in my private home when my bell went off, I wondered who had come to my home when I was here just to relax. I knew it wouldn't be my brother, after all he was at John and Mary's wedding reception or night due as he likes to call it.
So I made my way downstairs and to the front door, however upon opening the front door there was a delivery man standing there with an envelope in hand.
"Are you a Mr Mycroft Holmes?" The man asked; the man was in his early twenties and had a muscular build, his hair was black and cut short and his eyes were of a grey colour. He had not been sleeping properly after his wife had found out about an affair between him and her best friend, which by the way he was standing I could certainly deduce was another man. The man had taken off his wedding ring and in its place was a visible tan mark, he hadn't been sleeping because he was worried about what his wife was going to tell the two children they had.
"Yes I am, why?"
"We have a letter here for you, the sender didn't want to give his name so sorry about that. Sign here." He handed me over a clip board with a sheet of paper before pointing to the bottom where I needed to sign; I had to admit I was curious about who had sent me a letter and why they had sent me it, so I signed the stupid piece of paper and waited for the man to give me my letter. Once he eventually given me the letter, I shut the door and walked back upstairs and into my study where I then carefully opened the letter and started to read its contents.
"Dear Mycroft Holmes. I would like to keep my name unknown to you at this current point in time, however I would like to give you some new information upon a girl I believe you use to know dearly.
The girl in question is one Clara Phoenix, daughter of the special forces agent Dominic Phoenix.
I believe that it has come to my attention that Clara Phoenix is supposible dead; on her report it reads that she died within an explosion while meeting her current / old boss. However two people were found within the explosion, one was a male identified as Stephen Longpine and the other female that wasn't properly identified but was named down to be Miss Clara Phoenix after blood samples from the body had matching traces within Clara Phoenixs on record DNA sample.
However yet again it has come to my attention after someone had contacted me, that a Miss Clara Phoenix is still alive and living in Gibraltar.
I did my research and found out that since the explosion, Clara's grandmother (Mrs Betty Phoenix) has since visited Gibraltar on a number of times since then and has never actually booked a hotel.
I believe that Miss Clara Phoenix is still alive and living in Gibraltar somewhere, oh and I also believe that she isn't living by herself.
I thank you Mister Mycroft Holmes for taking your time out of the day to read my letter of concern, I just thought that I should write to you and let you know my findings because after all you were going to arrest her for murdering government officials a couple of years ago now.
Yours sincerly,
Your unknown sender. "
I didn't know what to think of the letter once I had read it, but I knew for sure that I couldn't just sit here and possible think that Clara could actually be alive after all these years. But the part in the letter about not living by herself, does that mean she moved on after Sherlock if she was alive? Does she have a husband? Does she have a boyfriend? Does she have a flatmate? One thing was for sure though, I would have to look into it and see for myself if she was truly alive.
I would do this not for me though, I would do this for my brother after all he deserved to know more than I did after all he went through getting over her.
