The tears roll down my face,
But no one seems to care,
In the mirror all there is is a disgrace,
A teen who's always worrying about their hair,
Loosing all their friends,
Trying to get all the latest trends,
But their friends isn't the only thing they lost,
They lost something with a really high cost,
The cost was so high,
That even if you try,
You can never get it back,
And that's a fact,
Trust me I know,
Because it left me so low,
I think about him all the time,
But then I start wondering about his crime,
All a teenager needs is their dad,
But do you know what really gets me mad,
When people say omg I hate my dad so much I wish he wasn't here,
You see that had always been my one fear,
And when that happens everything became clear.
It was me, I'm the reason he left.
