He was a halfa half human and half ghost ever since an accident in his parents lab when he was 14 involving the ghost portal his "parents" built his parents Jackson Daniel Fenton or Jack Fenton and Madeline White Fenton or Maddie Fenton his two best friends Samantha Ava Manson and Tucker Henry Foley but don't ever call Sam Samantha unless you want to lose a limb anyway they were with him when it happened so they know his secret also his older sister Jasmine Alexa Fenton or Jazz Fenton found out later on in fact he soon became his town hero under the persona of Danny Phantom in fact the only reason people think he is such a loser is because first he lets Dash beat him up so no one will suspect that wimpy Fenton is actually the amazing hero Danny Phantom and the reason people think he is so stupid is because is so busy with catching the ghosts that escape out of the ghost portal that he no time to study in fact Danny actually has a 4.0 IQ, can speak several languages Esperanto, Greek, Latin, and American  sign languages, to name a few so can his friends it makes it easier for them to communicate without having to worry about anyone listening in. He is also an amazing fighter and can expertly use almost any weapon you can think he had to learn these things when he became a knight in Princess Dorothea or Dora,s court. And while Danny Fenton was a wimp who Danny is now certainly is not he is really feels more at home in the ghost zone with his real family then with the Fenton's besides Jazz, stoped being his real parents after the one extremely lucky time they had captured his alter Ego and experimented on him it took all he could to not transform back to his human form and then finally escape Jazz also disowned them when she heard besides even as Fenton Maddie and Jack rarely payed attention to him and Jazz always in their lab working on inventions that would fail and Jazz had to take care of herself and Danny.  The ones who considered their real Family are Pandora their mother figure Clockwork their father figure and others who are as close as siblings these ghosts actually used to be their enemies but they turned good these are Dora Ember McClain Johnny 13 and Kitty and of course Danielle is part of their little family but in fact after numerous tests they figured out she is actually Danny's and Sam's daughter they don't know how the crazy old fruitloop got Sam's DNA. A lot has changed in these past two years since Danny got his powers he had grown muscle ghost hunting 24/7 tends to in fact he has an eight pack that girls would drool over if they saw it and also got many battle scars which is the reason why is wardrobe changed he now baggier clothes a red shirt with a black jacket over it and darker jeans and red shoes is what he wears he also finally hit his growth spurt and is an easy 6'3 but he slouches to make him seem weaker
