The Void.. Book 1 of the oblivion keys chronicles.

Before it all:

"Omega," says a person shrouded in the shadows into a device on his wrist. "Operation Phoenix has gone awry. Activate oblivion protocol, authorization code delta alpha 999."

The being walks toward a golden archway with ancient symbols glowing on the rims. As he leaves the plane of his birth to a place far beyond, he realizes what he did is irrevocable.

Maybe it is better this way; the realm I started in was in irreparable shape. There was no saving it. It will be better to save humanity by cleaning the slate, rebuilding reality in a way that was not destined to collapse.

The being walks over to the machine he made for carrying out the Last Solution. When all else fails this device will burn the reality into non-existence and restore it with a backup stored within it. The first backup machine for whole realties. The oblivion machine is designed to prevent disaster from being irreparable. Everything it does is for this purpose; it works as a rudimentary time loop. After everything that has gotten in the way of his mission, he made it a point to expedite this machines construction. But the problem is the machine has no backup right now. In a case such as this the machine will destroy everything and only have kept the backup of the entities consciousnesses within it. It is the entity's job to create the reality for the minds to inhabit.

Let's see my consciousness is not needed since I will survive everything that takes place, I made certain of that. I will use pieces of my consciousness to form the vessel though.

The entity looked at the pristine level of darkness surrounding him, the celestial fires having already worn off. The universe has been reset to pre-bigbang era. Scientists of his world have been wondering forever what happened before the big bang, now at least he will know, but if he told anyone they would call him insane.

He went over to the screen showing how the universe was going to form and sped up a bit, big bang happened in an instant and so did all the particles, but in this case instead of antimatter and matter annihilation the antimatter was separated entirely and pulled away from existence in the current form. This antimatter cluster underwent thousands of phase changes until it was undetectable by the normal universe. Then the entity responsible for it made it its own cosmos, hidden deep within the void held the only people who would remember what happened after the machine goes off once more. They were the archivists of existence, they observed and archived the worlds, but only one of them had the knowledge of the world before them. The vessel ended up living on earth without much issue if need be the entity could take over him since they are ethereally  linked. Things went fine age 1 until the architect took a loophole that was not closed down and caused both TC and The architect to be annihilated. That loophole was patched instantly, but that was not the end of the troubles that would occur....
