I was back in class, and I couldn't have been more bored.
I get it Newton discovered gravity. In all fairness I still think Newton is an abnormal guy, and that is why he is amazing. So, everyone thinks Newton was this crazy man, who instead of eating the apple, wondered why it fell down not up. That's what makes him amazing, he didn't think like the rest of the world. He wanted answers, and he was prepared to get them. You might call him crazy, but I call him different. So I think Newton is cool, so what, doesn't mean I want to hear my teacher talk all day about him.
In the middle of my thoughts, I felt someone poke my back. I turned around to find Adams brown eyes staring at me. He ushered to his hand, and there was a note. I grabbed the note, and just when I was about to read it Ms Sanders took it.
"Ms Murphy, you should know note passing in my class will not be tolerated, so if this message is so important to interrupt my class, please share it.
I made the mistake, of standing up of listening to her. It's not my fault I still hadn't read the note myself. U stood up in front of the class where she was standing. She handed me back the note. I looked at it for a bit, and took a deep breath. I really did not want to read this, especially not out loud.
"I think James still likes you, do you like him?" I let out a huge breath, I didn't know I was holding. Everyone was snickering. I could see Adams eyes, staring at me. I could tell he was sorry.
"Danielle, please sit down" Ms Sanders instructed.
I went back to my seat, not wanting to meet James eyes. Could this get more embarrassing?

The second the bell rang, I did my usual get out of class first, but enter the second class last, to avoid talking to people. This time I was not successful.
"Dani! Dani" Adam called down the hallway.
"Danielle" corrected, as I stopped, knowing there was no use in hiding.
"Whatever?" He smirked. "Here look I'm sorry, I didn't know that was going to happen, if I -
"Calm down, don't worry about it" I laugh it off.
"So what's your answer?" Questions Adam.
"Come on we're going to be late" I shake my head at Adam, and continue to walk to class.

At lunch, I wanted to eat in my usual spot, but Adam dragged me to sit with his friends. I walked up with my bag of popcorn, and bottle of water. I sat next to Adam, because I really didn't want to socialise, at least not today. I shyly waved to everyone, noticing I was sitting to the blonde girl form yesterday, who talked about Lucy.
"Hey, sorry about yesterday" she flashed me a smile.
"It's okay" I muttered. I ate my bag of popcorn on silence, until a certain boy sat next to me.
"Hey Danielle mind if I talk to you?" James asked.
"Ummm..sure.." I picked up my backpack and walked to where he was leading me.
"Sorry about the note I honestly didn't know it said that" I quickly apologised.
"Yeah...hmmm..about that, it's true. I do like you and I was wondering if we could go out sometime?" James asked.
I felt like I was going to get sick, what was I supposed to say? Yes? No? Maybe?
"I don't think this is the right time James, sorry. It's just we broke up and I'm still going to be a burden" I explained.
His face sunk, but I knew this was to benefit both of us.
"Friends?" He smiled.
"Always" I laughed, at how fast this went from being awkward to normal.
