A Dream

Roommates?

Pit's POV. Setting: Skyworld. 

  I woke up this morning in a cold sweat. 'I can't believe I fell asleep again last night!' Ever since defeating Hades I have been having nightmares, often very similar, that I have been trying to avoid. Being tortured, struggling continuously, the chains getting tighter as I did so. Being taunted constantly by an unknown force, yet there was something familiar about the voice. It was deep, and it had a quality where you could tell it was wicked. 

This time there was something different. I wasn't the only person being tortured. I couldn't even imagine my pain, because of their bright blue eyes. They pierced my soul every time I stared into them. I couldn't tell who it was, it definitely wasn't someone from Skyworld. I realized I was blushing as I was thinking of this unknown figure when I was interrupted.

"Pit hurry up we have to leave soon!" my roommate Dark Pit yelled from the closet. 'Crap I forgot Lady Palutena, Dark Pit, and I are leaving for the Smash Tournament today.' 

"Did you have the same nightmare again?" Dark Pit questioned.

"Yeah" I lied. His lecture is the last thing I need right now.

"Pit you may have been crying in one part of your nightmare, but in the other you were begging for a person, I know it wasn't the exact same dream." He said as I saw a smirk growing on his face.

"SHUT UP PITTOO!" I can't believe I was begging in my sleep, BEGGING!?! In my dream I was longing for that person, but still I had no idea I was talking in my sleep. That means he probably knows of me drooling for floor ice cream in my dreams.

"Stop calling me that!" He said as I was tackled to the ground in a tickling fight. 

"Both of you save the fighting for the tournament." Lady Palutena says as she pulls both of us apart. I swear if she wasn't a goddess the fight would still be going. She uses the power of flight to lift us both and our possessions out of the temple, and before I could say "The fight is on," we were already at the Smash Mansion.

Lady Palutena, Pittoo, and I walk over to registration to sign in, and get our room arrangements. I hope that I am not in the same room with Pittoo. I really need a break from him. Plus HE STEALS MY FOOD ALL THE TIME! 

"Ok so you are in room 328." The registration lady said interrupting me from my thoughts. "Ok thank you!" I say running off. I wonder who I am rooming with this time. Ike, Marth, Meta Knight? I couldn't contain my excitement! 

I got the keys from my shaking hands, my whole body filled with adrenaline. I unlocked the door to see everything neatly organized with many other supplies, which I knew weren't provided with the room.

"Hello?" I ask, not seeing anyone in the main living room. 

"Hello again Pit." I hear the deep voice, as the Hylian walks over to me with a smirk on his face. 

Last tournament, Link and I were filmed  in a one on one battle. It started off well, both of us evenly matched, until he got the best of me with his sword. And what is so special about his sword anyway? At least I have a two in one weapon. Back to the battle, well little did I know that this whole battle was planned to have Lady Palutena revealed to be in the next tournament. I was a laughing stock for months, and Link has never let me get over it.

Also, everyone thinks that Link is way more attractive than I am! Which I guess it's true, let's face it he is taller than I am, and his muscles are more toned than. He is definitely... OKAY PIT WE ARE GETTING OFF TOPIC! 

I open my door to my room to set my down belongings when all of a sudden I am drenched in water. Of course Link is one for pranks.

It is going to be a long tournament.

Okay so this is my first time writing and publishing so I apologize if you don't like it, and for stupid mistakes I made. I am going to try and update this when I want to. I am doing this for fun, plus I these characters are awesome. Expect more to come :)
