After my talk with Alec I head to Kate’s car. Her car is an old black 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix. I see it in the parking lot in its normal spot in the south-east side of the parking lot. I start walking towards it when I feel my phone buzz. It was just my mom telling me that she will be home late…again and that her and Dad will not be home for the weekend and my sister will be at a friends. As I am looking up from my phone I see a tall body standing in front of me.
I will give you one guess who it is. If you guess Dan you would be correct. He was sitting on the hood of his car smirking at me while talking to Dalton. Dan has blond hair but more of a dirty blond compaired to Dalton's light blond. He also has dark blue eyes that apparently can hypnotize anyone or so I have heard. I roll my eyes at the thought and continue my walk to Kate’s car.
“Shae! Come over here!” Dalton call me over. Great just what I need, to go near him.
“Hey Dalton, whacha need? I kind of need to hurry Kate is going to get mad at me soon if I don’t hurry up.” I say avoiding Dan’s eyes burning a hole through my head.
“Ya, I was just wondering if you were going to Sam’s party tomorrow. His parties are always sick!”
“I think so. Alec is so I think I am as well.” I look over to Dan who still has a smirk on his face and then finally speaks up.
“You and pretty boy still together. I would have thought that he would have come out of the closet by now. I also think it is time you be with a real man anyway.”
“1. His name is not pretty boy it is Alec. 2. Yes we are still together. 3. He is not gay and 4. The only real man here right now is Dalton.” I state and he simply scoffs and rolls his eyes. “Anyways” I turn back to Dalton who is laughing at our encounter “are you going to the party?’
“Yep” he answer while popping the “p”. With that a honk comes from Kate’s car with an annoyed looking Kate in the driver’s seat.
“That’s my cue to leave. See you Dalton” I turn to walk away. He waves goodbye.
“Bye Princess” I hear him call me. I ignore him and walk to Kate’s car and open the door.
“What was taking you so long? And why were you talking to Dan? I thought you hated him.” She raised her eyebrows.
“Nothing. Just drive.” I state. As she is driving off I look towards where Dan and Dalton were standing. I see the most disgusting thing I have ever seen; Dan has his tongue in another girl’s mouth. Ew.

*next day*
*Buzz* *Buzz* I feel my phone go off in my pocket. I have a 2 texts one from Alec and one from Kate.
From: Forever and Always Alec <3: Hey babe, I can’t pick you up for the party tonight. My car broke down so Sam is giving me a ride and I am helping him set up. Do you think Kate give you a ride? Love ya babe :* ~Alec <3 xxx
From: Me: Ya no problem baby. See you at the party ;) bye ~Shae xxx :*
Next was Kate
From: KATE de Awesome: Hey girl is he driving you to the party or am I?
From: Me: Can you take me there? Alec's car broke down. Can you pick me up at 10:00
From: KATE de Awesome: Yep. On my way :)
'/'/'/'/'/'/'/'/' *10 pm*
*knock* *knock*
"Heyyyyyyy." I open the door to Katie in tight black skinny jeans and a cut off old KISS t-shirt. I look in the mirror for the last time in my black shorts and neon green shirt with the words "TOTAL GEEK" on it and walked out the door.
We pull up to the party when it was at full swing. You could hear the music from a block away. We walk in and everyone is high, drunk, making out or doing all three. We walk in and Kate disappears and as I am looking for her I get a chill down my back.
"Hey princess." of course he was here.
"What do you want Dan?" I say turning around.
"You and me upstairs-"
"Not so fast pretty boy. I would never do that because I have boyfriend." I cut him off. the thing he did next is something I didn't expect; he laughed. The only thing I could do is look at him.
"Oh" his voice became serious. "You really don’t know, do you?"
"What don’t I know?" I question.
"Look it's not my place to tell, but if you want to know you might want to go upstairs. Open the first door on your right." he slowly walks away. My curiosity got the best of me and walk upstairs.
Before I open the door I hear Alec's voice say "What about my girlfriend?"
"Forget her you don’t need her. You also said that you were planning to dump her anyways?" another voice that I don’t recognize say.
"Ya I was." he sighs. this point I have tears running down my face. I slowly open the door only to find my boyfriend face to face to with Sam.
