Callicia stared out the kitchen window, watching the breeze hit the grass relentlessly. “Mom.” She heard Mason say as he walked slowly into the kitchen, tears filling his eyes. She turned around and returned the same facial expression towards him. “W-where’s Michael?” He gulped. Callicia simply shook her head with a hard but sympathetic look on her face. Puzzled, Mason walked up to her and held her by her shoulders. “Mom, where’s Michael?” He asked once again.
Callicia shooked her head numerous times and sat down at the kitchen table quickly, with her hands buried in her face. The front door suddenly opened to reveal the one and only Skylar. Mason looked down and patted the shoulders of his mother. “Where’s Michael?” He looked at Mason, Callicia & Augustus, who was casually dragging on the tablecloth.
“Like you don’t know.” She spat. “The thing I don’t know where he is!” Skylar revolted back. “Oh really? After your departure last night, you happened to leave your phone here. I read through all the texts between you and your guys. Now, tell me where he is.” “I’m not afraid to call the police.” She added with all seriousness and integrity. Mason stood there in disbelievement, shaking his head. He was quite disappointed in his father.
To Skylar’s dismay, he left the house without any reasoning. There stood Callicia looking out the kitchen window, watching her husband flee from the house, once again.

“No way.”
“Unbelieveable!”
“So he just ran off like that?”
“Who does that?”
“Something’s up with him.” Mason replied to all of his friends, who were sitting on the living room floor intentionally, playing cards. Valonia, Kendall & Logan, all friends from school came over to the house to support him. “Is there any evidence concluding to where he may fled to?” Kendall asked. “No.” Mason answered hopelessly. “We could maybe check his phone.” Logan suggested. “More importantly his room, he could be hiding things.” Valonia stated wittingly. “We can’t do that. That’s invading his privacy!” Logan said. “So what if we face consequences for doing that? We get the information we need so we could find out what’s going on.” Valonia declared. “She’s right, we should do it.” Mason proclaimed.

“Yeah, I don’t think it’s a good idea to do this anymore.” Mason said nervously looking at the ripped picture of Skylar & Michael that Kendall was holding. “There’s no way we could know if we don’t try.” Valonia said. “Found an old journal.” Logan announced. He then handed it to Mason who subsequently flipping through the distorted pages. “Guys read this, it’s inconceivable.”

So today, Callicia & I got married. Unfortunately, I was so stupid enough to go skydiving before. One last adventure being a single guy was a must. I knew Callicia and I had a whole life in front of us. There was no time for the crazy stunts I would pull off while we were dating. I thought everything was going to be fine until I realized I was stuck in the middle of nowhere. There I was standing in my tux, parachute still attached to my back, walking through of field of grass in Nebraska. Yeah, I was 4 hours late, Callicia was mad, and Michael made it no better.
