The Race

Zoey's POV
When I got there they were just starting so I joined the race.
"I'm willing to kiss the person who wins if I lose if I win you pay up!" I told Blakly he's the one incharge.
"OK little lady sorry about what happened thought."he said he and dad were good friends.
3 minutes later
"Sweet pea get ready to get kissed!"A boy I think is Zane said I don't really learn about opponents but I study them.
We drove off after the girl set us off.
We were nearing the high way we were going into traffic but I was skilled.
"Well bye doll face see you at the finish line!"Zane said he pushed the  nitrous oxide system button and speed off.
I just laugh at the idiot never use your
N.O.S this early in a race.
We were near the finish line we were neck to neck he smirking I just returned the smirk and pressed my N.O.S button and left him in the my dust.
After Race
"So weres my money Zane!" I asked as Blakly was about to announce the winner.
I got my money then went home.
When I opened the door.
"Young lady were have you been we were worried?!"Luke yelled as I stepped in.
"Out I thought you would be too caught up with grinding on girls so I went to a street race and said if I lose I would kiss the winner!"I said as I grabbed a grape soda and walk to my room. I put on my mask and started painting it was 1 am. Riley stormed in my room.
"Its not fault you only know how to race other than that your a geek and your parents probably commit suicide to get away from your ass you whiniy little slut!"Riley yelled I looked at him in shock.
"First  if anyone is a slut its the girls you hang with and I'm sorry I ever came here to live maybe you should have let me die with them!"I yelled I stormed pass them.
"Zoey I'm so sorry I didn't mean-"he started as he grabbed my arm the tears were rolling down my cheeks.
"No you meant what you said and since I'm a geek I'll leave!"I tried to drag my arm from him but he was too strong he pulled my towards him and hugged me I was too sad to even push him I don't know how or why but I don't know why I felt safe in his arms we just stood their and he hugged me I just stood their crying I missed them but I wanted to forget everything so I ignored the pain and bottled it up and when he sad those words the bottle just gave way since it happened I only cried when I was in Riley's lap in the car after that I just ignored it like I felt nothing I haven't sing since it happened and I use to sing every night I was just afraid that it will happen again and Brooke has done so much for me.
Riley's POV
We stood there hugging she had already shocked my shirt through if it was any other girl I would have pushed her off but she isn't any other girl.
I lifted her up bridal style and sat on her bed with her in my lap.
After half an hour she fell asleep so I lyed her done and was walking away when she grabbed my hand.
"Can you stay with me?"she asked looking down.
I just nodded and lye down next to her.
" Zoe?"
"Hm?"
"You know I'm sorry about what I said right and you know what I don't regret saving you?"
She just nodded her head and blushed as she went to sleep and I kissed her forehead and pulled her closer to my chest.
